- Frankie, a 65-year-old actor living in New York City, says he's often cast in "old, creepy type" roles because of his long gray hair and beard.
He seems to have an adorable personality. Give him a TV role.

I was a teenager in the '70's and still love the long hair on guys. I would've just shortened it to the shoulders and trimmed the beard short. Handsome gent with a lovely voice! I wish him the best of luck.

Long hair on anyone requires a lot of care to look good especially as we get older and it gets drier. His hair was too dry. It wasn't flattering.

He looks fine but surprisingly he looks a little older to me now??? the hair I could live with, but I think he looked much better with the beard/mustache, they could have did a nice cut on it and left it!!!

He does look older because the beard hid the aged features in his skin and face, his lack of jaw structure. Definitely needs the beard back. The hair is great!

Oh my gosh, he looks incredible!! He went from looking like a homeless man to a guy who could be working at a restaurant as a waiter. He can accomplish anything he wants now, no longer will he feel embarrassed about himself. His confidence level just went from a 1 to 1 million

His hair was thick and fabulous, I would have thought his old style would be ideal for his roles. A bit of a beard tidy up would be perfect but he looks a bit ordinary now, I hope he still gets character roles.
How long should he play the same role? Change is improvement
This new cut offers more versatility for roles he can play. If they need him for long hair they would just put a wig on and beard on if both are needed. It is easier to add special effects than be stuck in one stereotype.
This new look he can grow out a bit, add the mustache and beard back to keep a shorter look if he wants. Saves on shampoo and conditioner too. Let's keep track of the new dates he gets now.

I liked everything BEFORE. His beard was awesome and his hair was awesome. Not even a trim was needed. He looked so cool and soooooo much younger. They stripped that all away from him. Now he looks like Mister Rogers.

I think they should have just trimmed his long hair and either left him with a goatee or close beard. He could've worn a pony tail for a less casual look. They managed to take all his cool away. Hope he grows his hair back out.

I'm not generally a fan of ponytails or man buns on men but I ocassionally see a man that I think looks better without a conservative hairstyle. This guy is an actor. His new haircut makes him look like a little old nerdy guy. Maybe there's more need for people to fill those roles maybe not. With his ponytail look he could play hippie, druggie, artist, cowboy, county or hillbilly guy, biker, criminal, etc. There might be less roles for him when he's competing with a sea of older clean cut guys for a role, I hope not

The first thing that came to my mind was that he won't ever be given a role again. The second- he looks old! That beard made him look younger and cool.. He is just an ordinary now with ordinary hair.. He really had beautiful hair which could bring so much character to his personality.

I think they should have cut his hair shoulder length and trim his beard down to a goatee. I really hate the shoes and the rolled up jean look.

I think he looks older without the beard. He has beautiful hair. I would have left a trim short beard and hair a bit longer, like shoulder lenghth so it could go in ponytail. New clothes are nice he learned proper fit and size that makes a difference.

It sounded by his own description he was well over the hair, being cast as the "old, creepy type, and his beard getting caught suggested he needed something entirely different, just trimming it wouldn't have been enough. Now he could easily be cast as a CEO, lawyer, doctor the options are numerous. I can't imagine continually being cast as homeless might be discouraging. It is just hair, missing it is easily resolved by avoiding the barber.

The cuff makes him look old and short. Definitely not a good look for an elderly gentleman.
Actually I'm not a fan of cuff's on any kind of pants.. I think they should've been eliminated.. Other than that the sports jacket & shirt looked very classy & sporty at the same time
