I remember seeing them live in concert last June and this song in particular absolutely amazed me. I couldn't play viola decently while sitting down, yet here was Mairead dancing and leaping around the stage in high heels, not missing a not or a beat, in a song which is incredibly complex. She leaves me speechless. She is gorgeous and her musical talents are absolutely incredible. The best thing is you can tell she enjoys by the look on her face.

One of the rare times when bad picture quality is actually nice - it makes her dress glow. Oh, Máiréad. How do you do that? She is amazing, really, amazing. And no, no playback. It's her playing live at the same time while dancing, running and jumping. This is also an original song, co-written by Máiréad and David. Two great talents, writing one song! It's fantastic. I don't think so, no. I'm more concerned about the fact she doesn't age. All the others do - beautifully. But Máiréad always looks the same. Okay, she's aged a bit in the last few years, but most of the time she looks the same. However, it's not that she looks cnstantly young. In very early videos she already looked a bit older. I mean... in the 90s, she was most likely in her twenties and now she's most likely in her early forties. But she always looked like she did in the 00s, in her thirties.
I find that through most celebs Marsha from Brady Bunch was the only one from the six kids you could still see the same when she was on the show'! Kevin Bacon is another!

I heard Lindsey live a couple of months ago, and while she is good, she isn't up to Mairead's level. Lindsey just made a few to many annoying mistakes (mostly a few glaring flat notes) in the live performance I attended, mistakes I have never heard Mairead make in the nine times I have heard her live.
I think the whole world should listen to this. This makes R & B music melt in suds. No offense to all of those R &B or rap music lovers, but this makes my hair stand on end!

I saw her perform this with an orchestra, a reduced band, and David at the piano in Lansing, MI last month - sitting in the balcony, 6 seats away from the stage...most incredible thing I've seen. David, Mairead, the orchestra players, even the conductor of that concert was having a grand ole' time with it.
I went to the Celtic Women concerty least night. 3/22/08 It was the best concert i have ever seen. Everyone had sooo much energy and Mairead Nesbitt had the most energy, i thought she was going to fly right of the stage. Great preformance. Everyone did really well, Orla,Meav,Lisa,Mairead,Chloe,and all of the musicians and backround singers. great preformance I am going agian and getting VIP becuase these are great women that everyone should meet.

Friends of mine always ask me why, a young teenager, likes the Celtic Women and instrumental music. If this doesn't show them why I do need to turn right back to them and ask why they don't. All their music is so beautiful and Mairead is the reason I started violin even at an older age knowing it'd be difficult. I aspire to be as great as her.

Slane Castle dressed in tappestries, lit up with soft colored lighting, The stage desgn to mimick the walls of the castle, the flamming trochers and the small lighted water fountains all give it a feeling of beeing other worldy. I haven't yet mentioned the stars of this concert. The arranger Mr. Downes, the ladies, the awesome musicains.
