This is a 100% not live. Throughout the entire performance you can see a few moments where her lips aren't in sync with the music. That and the studio quality of the sound is a clear give away. Listen to the CD recording, it is exactly the same.
Its actually not a great version compared to Enya. No depth, no character. Nevertheless aa good voice. Maybe if she were to compose her own the she could sing with feeling

For example, Jackie Evancho's cover of the song compared to Peter Hollens's version. They both have stellar voices, but Jackie doesn't put as much heart into it. Peter loves the Lord of the Rings so this song is special to him. She's not a particular fan, that's the only song from it she's ever covered. It's just a pretty song, it doesn't feel like she's getting into it. Unlike some of her other songs, like How Great Thou Art which is just dripping with emotion.

During the concert, Lisa Kelly usually just stands there while the other artists are more animated. The reason for this is explained in the liner notes. She had just given birth to her latest child about 3 weeks before the concert. To say that this lady is a phenomenon is an understatement!
