Sandi Brock regularly vaccinates her lambs & sheep with Clostridium antitoxin. If you've ever had a C. difficile GI overgrowth after being on antibiotics that disturbed normal gut flora, you can appreciate saving animals from that suffering. 💕💕
I watch Sandi Brock a sheep farmer in Canada and she has used it for over a year now and it works great for her mommas that are overloaded with milk to relieve the pressure. She said it works wonders for her farming issues.
Those contraptions are a God-Send in those first hours of a newborn's life that can quickly, easily and cheaply provide them with natural colostrum that, for whatever reason, they might not get otherwise.
I'm waiting to see what Mum says and does about the fact that he has totally wrecked her lawn spreader! - I wonder if Storla Station can produce a miracle result or perhaps Cole will be sent on a major purchase mission to "The Goodness Knows Where Emporium" to buy a replacement? Dan
I won't tell you Brian that you are running low on hay🤭🤐 Cole's rendition of the Swan Dance 7:17 very graceful😄 Since calves are born without an immune system, they need their mom's colostrum. Some times you have to do what you got to do to ensure the lives of those little babes.
OMG! Cole, you had me laughing to the point that my coffee went to flying when you started spinning around spreading the lime in the barn. ha ha ha ha!! Right on buddy! You have to find (or make your own) JOY in the moment! Love it! Thanks for the moment of laughter cuz we are having some tough times up here and a bit of diversion is certainly welcomed.
Sonne Frames! Sonne Frames! Southeastern South Dakota, with it’s cold wet charm! That’s a head sticker right there boys! Hey Brian,,,, we will start cutting hay next week… if you’re runnin low I know a guy 😎😎😎 sorry couldn’t resist! When you say not to do it,,,, well, come on! It’s gonna happen 😂 Busch latte cheers from Texas!
You Tuber Sandi Brock, a Canadian sheep farmer, uses that same device with her sheep to feed colostrum to lambs that either have bad moms or are orphans due to ewe motality. Of course, the tubes are different sizes, but it works great for her and helps to reduce her costs related to powdered colustrum.
Only one rock and roll band and it’s AC DC Acca Dacca in Oz . Should do the Sonne farm song to AC/DC riff. That’s how Brian can get through the cold SD winter day.s and nights. There’s a story that the test of Sonne manhood in winter is to strip to the waist after a bottle of SDs famous home made brew and walk to Jeff’s house carrying a sick calf on his shoulders. It was a site to see! Some say he fought off two crazed wild wolfs while doing it in Jeff’s kitchen. Jeff was not surprised as he was up cooking a batch of fried potatoes with extra butter 😂 The wolfs gave up and ran back into the woods. The wolfs were never quite right after that night and howled with a lisp. Oh SD ranch in!
I know it’s a never ending job keep things clean but I think it pays off….I guess I’m saying I love watching the cleaning of the barns…I like the machine that chops up the fodder and blows it in the buildings and calf shelters…. You two guys crack me up about the little hand milker…..Me being a dairy farmers I remember a few times when our electric was off and had to hand milk…….Hope that storm isn’t too bad….Another great video!!!!
Yep! My hands were always really worn out after having to milk the entire herd by hand when a storm knocked out our power(no electricity) and I had to milk the entire herd by hand. That hand milker was bought for ONE person's(Cole)to use. Cole is as good at milking as he is at driving a manual shift.(lol)
Sandi Brock uses the the Udderly EZ milker ALL THE TIME. She loves it. Be sure to read the directions. You squeeze (pump) 5 or 6 times and then stop and the milk just flows!
The Sonne Farms song made an appearance! I love that! 😀👍 I did laugh at that hand spreading the lime, have to admit. And that outro baa ha ha ha haa! 😂😂 You can sure tell it’s spring, the mood is very light and silly around there!
Cole you know what I’m going to say, leave lime in bag save the lime buggy 😢😢. Mask and a 5 gallon now👍. Hey love the 4wheeler cutting skills. You didn’t show us how the white face fared getting here head out😳😳. Thanks men !! EZ MILKER
Brian and Cole feed some corn stock bales to beef cows but make sure you put about 10 to 15 gallon of liquid molasses on the bales we did that with our cows I just thought I would let you know what we did and l I enjoy watching your videos 👍🍻🍻
Hay hay hay no worries that 70 degree weather will kick start the fields he’ll you guys deserve a break once in a while nice herd of critters you got their
Hay Brian, song of the day.....Jackson Browne - Running On Empty. Oops, sorry, my bad 🤣🤣😂. As you know, He always provides. As another You Tuber says, "Farm Hard, Pray Harder. " Take care and best wishes. John here, from the back-roads of Northeastern Tennessee.
Hey again guys! I look forward to your posts everyday of the week! I always use you as my lunch break entertainment. Glad warmer weather is moving in for ya! Prayers for a perfectly saturated planting season. I know you guys need it! Have a great one
Watch Sandy Brock, she gives tips on how to use one of those milkers. Love you guys, I really relate to Brian as we graduated the same year, back in time when real humor existed. LOL
Won't be much longer y'all will be working the land, and your cattle will have knee high grass to graze! Hang in there! I was also going to mention Sandi Brock (Sheepishly Me). She uses her Udderly EZ a lot in her sheep barn. I just love her videos!
Love the song of the day nothing like it and Brian do you have enough hey is it going to last LoL always remember their people out there praying for you guys 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
we just had one die of pneumonia, did all we could, darted him, roped him and gave him shots and poured medicine down his back. came out one day and he was laying in the road dead. I wish luck to ya this season!
Here in Weyburn Saskatchewan Canada we got a record breaking, dump of heavy, wet snow 61cm (24 inches) in less then 36 hours on April 19-20, 2023. Storm came up from the USA. Thanks for sharing but we didn't need that much at once in April. Haha
You guys sure do need some rain out there, we have been getting more than our share here, I'll try to send some out there. Those calves are being escape artist. Ellie is so cute, even though she's a little dirty. Those calf houses are nice. Thanks Cole, have a wonderful night and Sunday!
We bought the EZ Milker a couple of years ago. For us there was a learning curve, mostly learning which size nipple to use so the connection is right. It sure is a hand saver though.
I continue to be amazed at how calm your angus cows are. Great way to catch those calves. Just bought a new angus bull someday maybe we can try a SF bull. BTW Cole, suck it up and hand milk them cows, sure your hands will hurt, but one day you’ll thank me. 😂😂
I never tire of watching the interaction between Cole and Brian. I just love your videos. Those calves get big fast. The first one you chased down is a big boy.
Has Cole earned the nickname "Cupid" as he uses the dart gun? . . . Well, . . . "Here is Cupid with his darts." . . . and Cole does not have to wait until Valentine's Day. . . . yes, I did recall what a hit you were last Feb. 14. 😂
Cole I di like the intro song u should have played while spreading the white sturr turning, also I watch Sandie Brock she's a sheep farmer and she uses one like that to help with milking to shrink down the teeth and it works really good and your hands don't hurt its helped alot when trying to get that first drink into them. And it has helped get the moms used to the calf. But ya I do like intro song. Great video 😊
We always bred our first calf heifers to angus bulls we milked 60 Holsteins, and my mom always named them one was called Abe always got out anytime he saw anyone walking around and he would come over behind you and follow you like a dog! The whole time we had him!you opened a gate walk through it and he was back in ,open the back door to our machine shed and walk back to the barn and make sure he didn’t see you and sneak over to the wood shed run around it and get in the house and go to the side bedroom window and he,s be standing by the back door of the machine shed, lol
My heart goes out to you Cole, having to spread that lime by hand...I'm just returned from Arizona, but was keeping an eye on the weather forecast for your area. Always glad to get your weather report afterwards!
You two make my day. Glad to see the way you take care of your animals. Hope mom wasn’t to mad about elly? Hope I spelled her name right? Thank you and hope the weather isn’t too bad.
Fencing projects are never complete for sure! Only have three momma cows, but the elk are rough on our fences. But, great music makes the time go by!!! Would love to have your play list Brian and Cole! Take care and come on spring!
Thanks for another great video. It was interesting and enjoyable. Getting ready for another winter storm. You have had quite a few this year. Appreciate the care you give your herd. You both are pretty good with that dart gun. You keep your shelters and barns nice and clean. My compliments to you both for keeping things clean for calving. Still a few to calf yet. Then your season is done. Sorry your lime spreader broke. Hardware store should have one for not too much. Update yourself. You take care in the snow storm. Hopefully not too bad a storm. Take care and be safe. The Iowa Farm Boy.
I can’t remember a time I saw more claves outside of the pen. We had a record setting 97 degree day in the middle of April in Massachusetts…I’m never ready for those days in the summer let alone in April!
Sandi Brock regularly vaccinates her lambs & sheep with Clostridium antitoxin. If you've ever had a C. difficile GI overgrowth after being on antibiotics that disturbed normal gut flora, you can appreciate saving animals from that suffering. 💕💕
Cole, you made me a little nervous when you spread the lime. I thought you guys may have hired Dylan Mulvaney. It was the 2 hand twirl that got me. 😂😂
Loved Brain commentary at the beginning of the video with Cole driving the Bobcat
1:13 Tokyo drift 😂😂😂😂
I watch Sandi Brock a sheep farmer in Canada and she has used it for over a year now and it works great for her mommas that are overloaded with milk to relieve the pressure. She said it works wonders for her farming issues.
Love Sandi
Those contraptions are a God-Send in those first hours of a newborn's life that can quickly, easily and cheaply
provide them with natural colostrum that, for whatever reason, they might not get otherwise.
I was going to say that same thing. I love her. She has great videos too
I watch Sandi too. Great family m
Watch her too handy item to hav
I can't unsee "ballet lime spreader" Cole. Your kids will use that against you. 😊 Great video as always... thanks.
Dan
My grand-daughter in Oklahoma is a ballerina. Perhaps Cole could hire her to spread the lime around. 🤣
I won't tell you Brian that you are running low on hay🤭🤐
Cole's rendition of the Swan Dance 7:17 very graceful😄

The little hop after the twirl sold it.
Spring IS coming, she just seems to be in fits and starts this year, extra weather drama. Hang in there!
Great job treating your two calves Cole and Brian
Cole you made it look like fairy dust with your little dance. 😄
Sonne Frames! Sonne Frames! Southeastern South Dakota, with it’s cold wet charm! That’s a head sticker right there boys!

OMGOSH Cole, Your little “lime dance” was almost perfect … a little more up on the toes next time 😂.
Love the Sonne Farms jingle 🙂
Finally, AC/DC! I knew what it was going to be as soon as you said bagpipes!
Brian your commentary while following Cole was hysterical!! ‘Tokyo drift’!
Ellie was in full-sweet mode looking at Cole. Got to love the pooch Cole, through mud and skunks.
When Bagpipe song was mentioned I was hoping for AC/DC.. Brian doesn't disappoint =)
Brian, as soon as you said bagpipes I knew where you were going. Awesome song.
I was hoping!
Only one rock and roll band and it’s AC DC Acca Dacca in Oz . Should do the Sonne farm song to AC/DC riff. That’s how Brian can get through the cold SD winter day.s and nights.

3:20 AC/DC for the win!!! That’s a great song. “Long way to the shop if you want a sausage roll!”
Still love and jump up and down when your videos are available. So wonderful to see a Dad andSon that love each other. God Bless
Is that lime or fairy dust you spinning around with? 😂 You’re so funny 😆
Always a good way to start my Saturdays watching a Sonne Farms video and a bonus to get to hear the Sonne Farms song! Thanks!
Love the music you’ve added to this video. Sonne farms is very melodic.
Loved the pirouette spreading technique. 👍
Love the Sonne Farm song. Please send cash, check, or money order to get Cole dancing lessons lol
Thanks Brian & Cole for all the wonderful videos I look forward to seeing them.👏

I like the "Sonne" farms song .
After today , Im not sure.

Sandi Brock uses the the Udderly EZ milker ALL THE TIME. She loves it. Be sure to read the directions. You squeeze (pump) 5 or 6 times and then stop and the milk just flows!
Not only does the lime kill the bacteria but it also kills Cole's dancing

He let it play rather long chances are he'll get a copyright infringement. ;)
First time I've heard the song. Want to hear more!

Brian, regarding the Song of The Day, we are already seeing 'bagpipes'. It's what your calves feed from! Hehe! Peace!
Watch Sandy Brock, she gives tips on how to use one of those milkers. Love you guys, I really relate to Brian as we graduated the same year, back in time when real humor existed. LOL
Almost hard to believe how busy you guys are. Starting early finishing late. Life of a rancher ain’t easy.
Won't be much longer y'all will be working the land, and your cattle will have knee high grass to graze! Hang in there!
I was also going to mention Sandi Brock (Sheepishly Me). She uses her Udderly EZ a lot in her sheep barn. I just love her videos!
Great video today. Love the lime dance. Love ACDC.
Terrific technique with the 4 wheelers gentleman. Well done 👍👍

we just had one die of pneumonia, did all we could, darted him, roped him and gave him shots and poured medicine down his back. came out one day and he was laying in the road dead. I wish luck to ya this season!
Very interesting on the new spreading machine. Entertaining. Some days you guys make it very entertaining 😅😊. Please keep up the great videos. 👍👍👍

Interesting the way you cow pokes use your iron horses to team pin the calves. Great job 👏
You guys sure do need some rain out there, we have been getting more than our share here, I'll try to send some out there. Those calves are being escape artist. Ellie is so cute, even though she's a little dirty. Those calf houses are nice. Thanks Cole, have a wonderful night and Sunday!
Lovin' the Sonne Frams them song!!!
Head mount/cam footage was awesome. Felt like we were there. Obviously it could get a bit much, but nice in moderation.
We bought the EZ Milker a couple of years ago. For us there was a learning curve, mostly learning which size nipple to use so the connection is right. It sure is a hand saver though.
A-C/D-C my favorite song of all time is It's a long way to the top!
You did a magnificent job spreading the lime, Cole! That’s some excellent footage right there!

Awesome video greetings from the Netherlands stroopwafels
Cole you spread lime with flare! Good work! Thank you for sharing your day.
Let's hear more of that song! Sonne Farms
I never tire of watching the interaction between Cole and Brian. I just love your videos. Those calves get big fast. The first one you chased down is a big boy.
of all the you tubers, yours is the best! Love the claves.
Has Cole earned the nickname "Cupid" as he uses the dart gun? . . . Well, . . . "Here is Cupid with his darts." . . . and Cole does not have to wait until Valentine's Day. . . . yes, I did recall what a hit you were last Feb. 14. 😂
That little calf looks like he's got bandages wrapped around his head. Love the content guys.
Maybe its head is wrapped cuz it's got a toothache.
Cole I di like the intro song u should have played while spreading the white sturr turning, also I watch Sandie Brock she's a sheep farmer and she uses one like that to help with milking to shrink down the teeth and it works really good and your hands don't hurt its helped alot when trying to get that first drink into them. Brian glad to see you have been blessed with just the right amount of hay
Hey hey hey Brian !
(Now you've got a little extra hay)
Brian, don’t worry about your hay situation, the Lord will provide for your needs.
Great song choice of a classic ❤
My heart goes out to you Cole, having to spread that lime by hand...I'm just returned from Arizona, but was keeping an eye on the weather forecast for your area. Always glad to get your weather report afterwards!
