Number wise a your own car would be better for low mileage gig apps and if you manage your money wisely. But still your limited if you don’t want your car to get destroyed fast

That is why if you finance your Tesla, you are required to get full coverage insurance, which is still cheaper than renting one and giving away money for something you won't own.
