  • TJ Houshmandzadeh believes the athletic skills these athletes show has gotten better. The athletes have gotten bigger, stronger, and faster, so he doesn't believe the game is mediocre BUT the coaches do leave a lot to be deisred. He says every NFL player would agree, NFL coaches do not help you at a personal level or in your position, they will teach you football, but not the intricacies of your position.

    “They’re bigger, they’re faster, they’re stronger”
    They’re also softer. Come on TJ. The truth will do.

    Tom wasn't hating on players at all he was stating the leagues standard from a whole is lower from a coach stand point from a player development stand point from a player stand point. The NFL has created a league it has tolerated sloppy defense to create great offenses.

    He said this same thing when he played for Tampa Bay.

    Yea bro Brady also played in three generations for him to say it shuts looking down on it since he retired doesn't mean he's in the same level of look back as brady

    HOUSH... I'm riding with Brady on this one cuz... overall... you kinda prove his point about coaches teaching as well... the players athletically will always evolve but coaching prowess doesnt.

      He's not hating! Tom said the same thing when he was still in the NFL. One of the rule changes was that defenders can't hit QB's below the knees due to his injury. Tom disagreed with that rule change.

    Quater backs afe the best they ever been but there is the most rookie quarterbacks to play in nfl history

    • @fallingfloors
      @fallingfloors 6 месяцев назад +2

      You know why quarterbacks looks better nowadays is defenses aren't allowed contact after 5 yards and defenders have to be careful when tackling or it's a penalty or if a DLINE man puts his body weight on a quarterback it's a flag. Rookie quarterback or not they will always be good unless or organized is pathetic.

      @@fallingfloors Facts!! You also can’t hit QB’s like you used to either. The game is tailored made to protect QB’s and let receivers roam free now.
