I love the twin screens. After owning a Q50 with the old system that I still love, I don't want another car without them. I really love the updates made for 2020. Definitely my favorite features of the interior.
I love the dual screens, too. I do not like the iPad wannabe thing popping up from the dashboard! How ugly and intrusive that is, and it's just one screen. With the QX-50's design, everything is integrated in a holistic way as part of the dashboard.
Have a 2019 QX50, love it with the dual screens and pro-pilot. No issues, almost 30K km on it. Looking forward to reading up to a newer one with apple car play in a couple years. Engine is great, lots of power merging onto hiway.
I made a research and so far 99800k miles is what I found the highest mileage for 2019 QX50 with new VC turbo engine with CVT being for sale. Not bad for new engine so far.
I feel very strange, why so many European and USA big RUclipsrs complain about the noise of QX50, and they seem really hate the VC-turbo plus CVT. But actually, the real QX50 owners really like this car. Can anyone tell me why?
An anti-Asian bias, or perhaps simply a pro-European one. The dual screens that Audi and others use is never criticized like the Infiniti's. When a Japanese car handles well, they complain about "road noise" and "stiff ride". Haters gonna hate!
My 2020 QX50 Easential that I trade in last week has turbo lag and transmission not as responsive compared to my 21 model. I think Infiniti updated the software and the CVT is more responsive and quicker now. Sometimes I dont feel like driving a CVT.
Can you elaborate more on this? This is good to hear. Also, do you think it is possible to tune it ourselves somehow, if what Infiniti did isn't enough?
I got a 2020 RDX... less than 8 months, i traded it for a 2020 QX50. Loving the QX50! RDX was a hell in terms of the screen use with whatever they call touchpad (real mess when driving). Lane keeping was pulling me into the curb in RDX. So glad i got rid of my RDX. Also, unless you have top model, there was huge dark spot on both front corners, especially noticeable in turns, on the RDX. Also there were times when during sharp turns AC wasn't properly circulating air to all front corners and passengers and me (driver) were able to notice warmer air. Overall, good riddance for me when i got rid of RDX.
@@chocolatewheelchair 0. Since i sold the 2021 model and got myself a 2021 model, I owed 38000 on my RDX and I had the Infiniti pay me 40,500. So gain of 2,500 towards my trade in allowance.

You can choose Subaru or Land Rover if you love dual screens

The engine sound is horrible. There must be something wrong with the one I just purchased a month ago.

infinity QX is very appreciated by ladies specially in GCC. i am getting a new one soon, my previous car was infinity QX as well 2015 model.
I just purchased a used 2021 QX50 Luxe and the engine sound is horrible. It's so bad. I guess I didn't notice it during the short test drive.
Can you get your speed to display digitally in the center gage cluster like most other cars? Or is it like most Nissan’s where you can’t ?
Thanks
Yes you can
How’s the cabin noise and vibration? The engine noise when accelerate seems very, very loud. Is it just noisy when accelerate and quiet when not?
Cabin is quite and no vibration and the engine only get loud during accellaration.
Does QX50 do better than RDX?
RDX was quiter and less tire noise and felt like it was well put together

Hi is the engine in the 2021 the same as the 2019 version?
Yes
That’s the Infiniti version of the Nissan Murano, I can see some resemblance on the headlights and especially the taillights
Honestly, there is a world of difference driving both (i drove the Murano too).
