Nice to see someone putting the Pro through its paces. At the moment I can't see much difference to the original apart fro the increased range, but prefer the look of the black one to the white. I don't have the Pro, just an original Zino, but find the follow me function works better with a smaller box and clothing that has more contrast to the ground beneath me. As a rule I don't use precision landing feature, but tested it out about a dozen times with each side of the pad and had a much higher hit rate with the blue side. Hubsan need to work on the fact the quad seems to locate the pad easily enough, but frequently seems to lose it as it nears the ground, if they want this to be a selling feature. If you're in follow me mode, or orbit mode, does this drone have object detection / avoidance or will it follow me right into a telephone pole? I own this same drone and I also have the same issue you did with follow me where it will just randomly loose the ability to track me. Was this issue persistent for you or did it just happen the one time?
I bought this drone and returned it already. It just would or could NOT follow me. Even with nothing in the way from 25 feet away if would just float sideways or follow me or 50 yards then loose me and start shooting straight up. Bad software. Had a really hard time landing too. It wouldn't bounce all over the place before it decided on a spot even when it was auto landing.
i have the zeno pro. must admit not looking forward to the first fly. seen to many horror movies of the zeno pro. just flying off and doing its own thing. or firmware updates doing stuff. my cam looks a little out of focus on the left side. loving the cam on the zeno. will have to take the plunge and take it out sometime.

Is the one that provides less distance, 2 km and I think its technology is a bit outdated. It's from 2016 so I take it out. The mavic mini costs the same as the fimi x8 about $500 USD and is the lightest, only 249 g. Good for flying in urban areas but it is also the one with the least wind resistance. However, I take it out, because its app (dji fly), doesn't work on my devices (phone samsung galaxy J7 and tablet samsung Tab A). I like the FIMI x8 se and also the zino pro. The zino pro costs $ 100 less than the fimi x8. The Zino Pro has less flight time than fimi x8 and has no sensors to land as fimi does. The fimi x8 provides distance 5km and the zino pro 4km. Zino batteries are 3000mah and yield about 17 minutes. The fimi x8 batteries are 4500 mah and yield about 23 minutes. Hubsan (zino pro) has already announced 5000 mah batteries with a lower cost than the fimi x8 batteries, about $50 USD. So the zino pro flying time is going to be incremented, maybe 28 efective minutes. FIMI x8 is a little heavier than zino pro. Although the image quality is not very important to me (for now), it seems to be better on zino pro. I've been flying aero models since 2003, so landing without sensors is not a problem to me. The control of the fimi x8 is of better quality and has more buttons. Both apps "FIMI Navy " and "X-Hubsan" run ok on my phone and tablet. So According to my criteria, the advantages of fimi x8 over the zino pro do not compensate for $100 USD difference. So for now, my preference is for, the Zino Pro.

missing apron must be a firmware thing as mine has the latest and about 6 feet, hovers for ages making sure it's got it, then lands central.

I prefer the mavic Mini camera. The Pro's seems to be a bit out of focus for my liking.
