Ingredients:
For gravy
Oil- 2 tbsp
Bay Leaf - 1
Cumin - 1 Tbsp
Green Cardamom - 2-3
Cinnamon
Onion - 2
Garlic Clove - 2-3
Ginger
Coriander Stems- a bunch
Green chillies - 2-3
Tomatoes - 3
Cashew - 1/4 cup
Salt
Degi Mirch - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli - To taste
For Kofta-
Grated Paneer - 1 cup
Mava / Khoya - ½ cup grated
Potato - 1, boiled and grated
Maida - 2 tbsp
Elaichi Powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Stem - 1 tbsp
Green Chilli - Chopped, to taste
Salt- To taste
Black Pepper - To taste
Cashew and Raisin - chopped
Oil - For frying
Final Assembly -
Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
Kasuri Methi
Sugar / Sweetner - 1 tsp
