I don’t have a problem with the fee. What I have a problem with is them having my fingerprints on their database and having to give private information about my medical details which is usually only privy to medical professionals. It is s total invasion of privacy. Also if their database gets hacked someone else has my finger prints etc!

I would like to complain about this but even with the extra 7 euros it is still half the cost to travel overseas than holiday in the uk. That said if Europe dont want our money i will quite happily take it elsewhere!
You'll need a visa too. The uk passport issued to subjects of his unelected majesty are now worth as much as a Brazilian passport, oh no wait. The Brazilians can work and live for free in all South America, and you can't live and work visa free anywhere else now.
No queues at the airport. Just get the fingerprints done in advance at your regional police HQ. only took them 20 years to get the ball rolling on global bio-ID, LOL

It will cost them £10.00 and be valid for 2 years and be attached to their passports if authorisation to enter is granted. Ignore the person who commented above, clearly misinformed.
well as long as the uk does the same with european nations as well as the europeans already living here, lets have there finger prints and get them to pay the 7 quid, if they dont like it then off you go home
