Fun fact: Due to the firing interval (not the order, the interval), if the length difference is identical then pairing 1 and 2, 1 and 3, 2 and 4, or 3 and 4 will all give the same rumble sound. The only way to get something truly different with 2 runners being longer is to pair 1 and 4 or 2 and 3, which should sound kinda like a GT350 (or a Honda V65 Magna with a Mac or Kerker 4-1 header) if you do it right with roughly a 1.5x to 2x length ratio.
The only other ways you could get something different is to only make ONE runner longer than the others (like a stock 05-06 scion tC header), or to make ALL the runners significantly different lengths, which could make it sound like a cross-plane crank if you do it right.

What mods did you do to the pacesetter 240 header to get it to work?

2 of the header pipes coming off cyl 1 and 3 have been modified.
Basically we cut a piece of the header out, welded a couple 90° pieces of pipe made a loop in both which makes both pipes longer than the other 2.

The pace setter header was a direct bolt on. The UEL header is custom part
