    ​ @Casual Business would love to hear how firms models adding value. Improve sales efficiency? Reduce headcount in a bloated department? Financial engineering? Vertically integrate by buying a supplier? Platform acquisition. Etc...
    I imagine for the best use of the firms time, you have a playbook of repeatable exercises you can do for each company that fits a target profile. To be more efficient in not having to learn how to add value to each distinct business. Or perhaps bringing in operating partners and sharing carry so they can implement their value add approaches.
    Would this be accurate or no?
    TLDR: would love a "value add techniques" video. Thanks for all the great content!
