    Bro, I heard about this earlier this year, and breathing through my nose in between sets during my workouts was a game changer. I felt so much better starting every set. Still can’t breathe through my nose during the reps though

      Dude I started researching nose breathing because I tried it the other day while on the treadmill and I used to always mouth breathe during cardio but I inhaled through my nose instead and I could literally go double the amount of time than I could when mouth breathing

    Just had surgery. Septum was moved and now I have serious nasal air flow! Thank God and thanks Dr. Znation at carolina ENT. My nostrils would collapse shut and completely close while sleeping. I'm getting mouth tape today. My oxygen is so much better! My nose was impacted over 50 years ago. Such a blessing to have insurance pay so much and to finally practice being a nose breather. Prayers for all the world leaders 🙏

      How has it helped? You feel better after waking up or need less sleep? Do you see yourself being able to not have to need tape eventually? Do you ever skip taping?

    • @ThePetieProject
      @ThePetieProject 2 года назад +1

      @@ar9maker I haven't skipped taping any nights since I started. One thing I have noticed is that it has helped change my default breathing pattern during the day to only nose breathing. I think I will continue to need the tape for a long time before I can keep my mouth closed to breath while I'm unconscious in sleep.

    Should I change this to out through the nose instead?

    Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. “The time has come,” he said. “The kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news!” YOU CAN BE FORGIVEN FOR ALL YOUR SINS NO MATTER WHAT YOU DID GOD HAS INFINITE MERCY AND GRACE AND LOVE FOR YOU IF YOU REPENT. If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.JESUS IS COMING BACK, IF YOU MISS HEAVEN YOU WONT MISS THE LAKE OF FIRE REPENT.
