elhelal is a govrnment owned emergency hospital... very cheap but the surgeons are great .. they have a constant flow of accident victims .... you would have paid at least 10 times as much in another hospital

Happy to see the damage wasn't too bad, and the stitches looked pretty good, be careful of any redness, it'll be an infection. I've had a few motorbike accidents too, comes with the territory.

I stayed in Cairo for over a week, and I thought, wow, people here have superfast reflexes, I cringed seeing seniors crossing the street, even in our way to el Sokhna our driver almost hit someone who stopped to pick something on the floor, he had the most quick reflexes I ever seeing... Cairo, I was terrified crossing the streets. Anyhow, I hope you heal fast. After the wound is healing, make sure you put some vitamin E to help the scar to fade, speedy recovery! Yeah but New Cairo isn't really Cairo....or 6th of October. Those are satellite cities. I have been around Cairo though. Shoubra, Nasr City, etc. I just live close to downtown and have friends that work there so I am in downtown often. But I certainly have gotten around to different areas. I live in Giza and spend my time in different areas in Giza as well

The first (public) hospital I went to was not so good (a bit like you describe). However the second (private) hospital they sent me to saved my life, so I’m not complaining! Very interesting video.
Yes I have been to a private hospital here in Cairo in the past, and it was much better than this one. The emergency situation just led to me going to the nearest hospital which was public 😅 Although not the best facilities, at least the surgeon did his job well, my leg is all healed now! Just scarring. Glad we're both okay! 😁

Yes, very irresponsible here and forgot to say some of them drive so fast just to get in front of me instead of waiting to go behind me. However, the good thing they drive within the lanes and I beep if a car crosses the lane line 😂
@@nagwaaziz Yeah I must say, traffic in the US and Egypt are not even comparable 😅 I lived in NYC a few years and NYC driving is like child's play compared to Egyptian traffic. From my travels around the world, I would say the closest traffic to Egyptian traffic is the traffic in India, except India has more cows 😆
