it works, just make sure it is your time zone, not the time zone in the video. also check it you need daylight savings checked

If this does not work, download Psiphon free VPN from Google chrome, start it and change region server to India, after you start app, login and start the download, you can turn off VPN and download game through your own internet, but you will have to activate Indian Server everytime you run PUBG client, the method in the video did not work for me but VPN did!
