Here's my HP multilanguage, which have become a Christmas tradition on my channel :) I chose Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire this time.
The alternate title for this multi could be "Ron and Harry getting their head smacked 31 times in a row", I feel sorry for them lmao.
If your language isn't here it's because
1. I couldn't find it
2. It doesn't have a dub
3. I didn't know that dub existed
31 languages are in this time around! They are as follows,

Jokes apart, I love our Hindi Hermione, she mentioned that she got an special mention from WB for dubbing the character so well in this particular movie. :D
Turkish Ron sounds like he’s 40 x) Mandarin and Thai sound hilarious, idk why. Japanese is so deeply embedded in my subconscious as anime, I can’t unhear it. Korean sounds good. Idk why, French Hermione sounds too deep for my liking. I prefer the Canadian French voice. Hungarian, Polish and Russian voices are excellent too, also Czech. I usually don’t notice dubs from that language (apologies), but this was a pleasant surprise.
I’m getting bits and pieces of what they’re saying in Tamil and it makes it even funnier. It’s impossible to dub English movies in Tamil and make them seem passable. The languages are just so incredibly différent.
Excellent multi! I’d have loved to see a Finnish version. Back when I was in a ‘Finnish craze’ as I will describe it (a time when I used to watch all things Finnish, don’t ask why), I watched a lot of the Harry Potter game dubs in Finnish and I played the Finnish version of HP6 on the PS2. :D
Haha i feel you about japanese, their voices are too easy to connect with anime...and this comes from someone who hasn't seen a single anime in japanese lmao. the hindi voice is indeed amazing!
I would do about anything to get even one of the HP movies dubbed in Finnish...hah, how interesting you had a phase like that! did you manage to learn some Finnish during that time period?
poison ivy well.. not much. Mirka taught me most of the stuff I know but Finnish grammar is like a monster and I shrank back in fear lmao. I just listened because I like the sound of the language. I can say basic stuff like hi, my name is, good night, happy birthday, etc.
@@Varoon2 oh yea, Finnish grammar is terrible...i have been using English as my primary language since 2015 so I have frogotten some Finnish grammar rules along the way so when I returned my thesis, the short summary in Finnish had more mistakes than my entire 40 pages long thesis that I wrote in English...so I can only imagine how tough it can be for someone who doesn't speak it as a native.
That's already more than I know in any language besides Finnish, English and Swedish x)

How I wish you kept the part at the end when Snape forces their heads down XD But anyway, this was a funny multi to watch, and many of the dubbers' acting was very good! It's funny though how some dubs decided to ignore that these lines are supposed to be whispered lol. Some of the most natural-sounding versions imo are Czech, Hebrew, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese and Slovak Hermione! Watching this sort of evoked a desire in me to pick up one of the books now x)

I was going to but it's actually like a very long scene and I didn't think anyone was going to watch the ending x) I found it weird too that some dubs full on yelled lmao, and I also love Czech, i do't really have an opinion on the others.

Glad to see you stick to the tradition :') Unfortunately I don't really know what to say about most voices due to the whispering lol The italian voices stand out for their loudness, also japanese Hermione sounds way too kind. I agree with the comment that says they like canadian better than french. I think the slavic versions in general nailed her bitterness.
Ron sounds like a dumbass in most of them so....good casting I guess LMAO

Damn, my favourite Albanian dub of the franchise by miles, and yet such a mess editing-wise... not to mention that Ron's actor has never dubbed such young characters, he is actually Baymax in BH6 lol. Harry & Hermione save the day though ❤
English, Danish, Dutch, Hebrew, Italian & Slovak really clicked with me. Hearing super thin voices like Hindi, Hungarian, Brazilian, Russian on Ron's face kinda makes me feel uncomfortable hah, but they're great actors nonetheless. Did they really pitch up the voices in Putonghua though???
And of course, last but not least: Merry christmas 😌
WOOOO! I think it's my favourite so far too x) the Albanian dub is a real mess and it's a shame because Hermione sounds really good, and it's interesting how I can actually hear Baymax in Ron's voice x)

As dubs de Portugal não são todas como as de Dragon Ball, não deviam generalizar so por causa dos memes da internet ... os filmes do Harry Potter por exemplo foram traduzidos num estudio que trabalha geralmente com filmes da Disney, que por sua vez sobrevisa a qualidade da dub portuguesa.
Dragon Ball foi producto de uma época, o primeiro anime a ser dublado cá, nas mãos de um estudio com enormes carencias em todos os sentidos, e não deve servir de exemplo do que são as dublagens de cá ...
Warbandit1990 e que disse que estou comparando com o DBZ? Eu me refiro ao diálogo, as palavras, o vocabulário está exatamente igual, geralmente existe muitas diferenças nas interações linguística
@@Di0go91 eu sei amigo, eu entendi. O meu comentário foi apenas uma observação para tentar quebrar esse estereótipo que as nossas dubs são mt más, mas apenas isso, não foi para criticar o teu comentário. E sim, tens razão, nesta ocasião os diálogos ficaram quase iguais :)
@@Warbandit-90 Na verdade, a dublagem tuga é maravilhosa, diga-se de passagem as dublagens das animações da Disney. É meme e infelizmente muitos brasileiros não tentam conhecer mais sobre a dublagem tuga. Sou brasileiro e consumo dublagem em português de Portugal e português do Brasil, e sei que vocês só costumam fazer dublagens para animações ou conteúdo infantojuvenil, mas existem algumas exceções, como a dublagem da saga Harry Potter. O trabalho de vcs é maravilhoso e obviamente as traduções vão ser um pouco diferentes entre a versão tuga e a br, mas não tem problema, já que isso é justamente o que faz nossa língua bela e rica. Um grande abraço direto do Brasil. 🇧🇷❤️🇵🇹

yea, the other nordic languages didn't dub past the 3rd movie, with the exception of finnish that didn't dub any of them :)
