- Great AOR/Melodic Rock album from Lexington, Missouri from 1983.
The Band were in the final round of The Miller High Life "Rock To Riches" Talent Search in 1983 with the band name "Enus & The Invaders" and this song. I don't know if they got 1st place, but the caught a national recording contract with FastLane Records and called themselves Rampage.
So here's the song new recorded for the first Rampage LP, a precious diamond in rock music. Enjoy it!!!
Band members:
• John Ehlert - guitars, lead voc
• Sam Lee - bass, voc
• Brian Eads - drums, percussion
• Tim Biesemeyer - keyboards, voc
• Produced by Mike Beiriger and Rampage
• FastLane Records 1983
This album needs a CD release along with their first album

I had the biggest crush on John. Saw them first in Knob and then at Bodies all the time.
Saw them in concert 1983 at Marist High School Chicago
This music feels like good times ahead.
I'm from Lexington, Mo. Me & 2 other buddies followed Rampage from concert-to-concert back in the 80's..... This band was awesome! Still run in to Brian Eads (drummer) here in town often!!! Would be ecstatic to find an album of their's!!!
You know the drummer? Nice!
Brian is in Lexington. Sam Lee is in Independence, and Johnny is well, Almost Kiss. No idea how many times I saw them at Bodies. Still have both albums. And a banner from outside Bodies.
They won the Miller Highlife Challenge. That's how they got the record deal with Fastlane records.
Thank you very much DanubeSale for uploading all this great, yet lesser known music!
My dad has this album!
Thanks for posting this!

EXCELLENT SONG!
Always been a fan and friend. Keep Rockin on bro
total calidad de album de 1983 con los mejores sonidos de pasado....
I wish Brian Eads or one of the other members would put out some good quality mp3s of the album. If they still have the originals that is.

Okay, here what I could get:
True love is hard to find
Too much pressure on your mind
That's the way it is today
[?]
Something's missing and it's s not your [?]
[For?] That someone who lives and breathes
All you do and everything about you
About you
You say you're sick and tired
Of being hurt by cheating liars
Take my advice
And find a way
True love x2
Now you're looking [?] and feeling [loud?]
Don't play no hide-and-seek, you won't be found
Give and take, all the way [?]
Live and learn is what I've always heard
[?]
[?] sooner or later
Yeah, sooner or later
You say you're sick and tired
Of being hurt by cheating liars
Take my advice
And find a way
True love x2
[Instrumental]
You say you're sick and tired
Of being hurt by cheating liars
Take my advice
[Honey?] Listen to me
You say you're sick and tired
Of being hurt by cheating liars
Take my advice
And find a way
Find a way x2
You better find a way
You've got a price to pay x4
