I find that cutting the stem to correct size and placing the second hand on the pinion are the two most challenging aspects of any builds 😉.

Place a small dab of Rodico on the seconds hand setting tool , the other hand use a 40x loop , works great ALL the time for me 👍🏼

Nice video, but why did you use a GMT bezel? while the movement is not suitable for GMT.
