My black widow end can sounds like yours with the baffle in when my baffle is out . The only disappointment with black widow is that they etched not for road use onto the silencer . They never told me this in the description on the eBay ad. I rang them and they told me none of there exhausts are road legal. It’s really small and you wouldn’t notice it unless it was pointed out .
I would guess and say as long as you are not riding like you’re racing and you are not bouncing your bike off the redline, then I think you should be ok. I’m not sure the police are interested in small details like that. But that’s just my opinion, I do however completely understand your concern. Personally I have been riding with the baffle in and I can’t see why the exhaust I am using can’t be used on the road. There are loads of other bikes and cars on the road that are louder than my bike 😊 Have you gone back to stock or are you still using the Black Widow system?
Wow, that looks cool. Never heard of such an exhaust system with a very strange name in my opinion.)) I liked your way of using ties to tighten the springs.
Hello, thank you very much, it made putting the springs on much easier 😊 It’s certainly a brand worth considering if you are after an exhaust system - so far I have been very impressed!
Thank you! I’ll be putting a review together soon. So far I am very very happy! Such a fantastic addition to the bike 😊 Are you running a stock set up?
The black one does look very nice 😊 I think I’ll stick it on in a week or so and see which one I prefer. Would you consider an aftermarket set up on your bike?
The Black Widow exhaust are very good. I would definitely recommend checking out what they have to offer for your T7. Any idea on what style of silencer you are wanting? I’m hoping to get one for my CRF 🙏😊
Hello, I have not made any changes to the fuelling and I have had no issues at all. Everything is running perfectly fine 😊 As I have the baffle fitted I imagine it would pass an MOT. However as my bike is only a year old I have another 2 years before it’s first MOT. Do you ride a Transalp?
Hello 👋 I was very happy with the standard exhaust on the Transalp but I have always wanted a little more noise. So far I have been very very happy with this exhaust, I have nothing negative to say about it at all 😊 It is certainly worth a look for the CB. It has given the Transalp a whole new character and it makes it even more fun to ride 👌
If you’re looking for an exhaust for your bike cb500x I’ve got a used scorpion taper in silver that has done less than 5000 miles. It sounds awesome on the 500x pops and bangs on overrun and make the 500.

Couldn’t agree more! 😊 The Black Widow Exhausts seem to be fantastic value for money. The brushed hexagonal exhaust looks brilliant, it’s one I am interested in for my CRF. Are you thinking of a full system? I have not made any changes to the ECU and I am still running the stock air filter and I have had no issues at all 👌😊 The bike seems a little more lively, it seems to be a bit more perky higher in the rev range and a little smoother lower in the rev range. I hope this helps? 😊
I have not made any changes to the ECU and I am still running the stock air filter, I have not had any issues at all so far and I have covered around 1000 miles since fitting the Black Widow system 😊 Are you thinking about fitting a Black Widow system? I hope this helps…
Hi Marty 😊 I was expecting this exhaust to be a little loud on the motorway but it isn’t at all. It’s actually surprising calm when riding at a consistent speed. However it does get lively and louder when accelerating or riding enthusiastically 😊👌
Really looking forwards to your review. Anything that makes the Transalp more fun is fine by me. I installed those deflectors on my tall screen using your tutorial tonight and went for a very nice ride in the evening, here in Australia. Very, very nice. When you compare riding the Transalp to working I reckon the former is even nicer😂
@@Shaun-o1l Hi Shaun, sorry I thought I had replied to you. The review is coming soon 😊 I’m looking forward to seeing what others think… I’m glad you like the wind deflectors. Hello, thank you very much for the comment and feedback 😊 No unfortunately I do not have an affiliate link for the exhaust. However if you do order from Black Widow, please let them know you have seen this video / please mention this channel 😊 Thank you for asking though if I have an affiliate link, I appreciate the thought! Next time I swap it over I will if I remember yes 😊 I presume you are in the market for a new exhaust set up?
@TyresNTorque i probably will change the exhaust on mine at some point, but i do like to hear how they sound before hand. i think yours sounds great. so i had a look on their website, prices look good and i would be likely to go for a black widow now i've seen this video. if i go for one i'll definitely mention the channel. cheers

Missed opportunity there…You should have placed the black in there take a photo and then change to the silver so we could see what both looks like…. that is the reason why they sent you both.! 😅

My opinion is not that positive. Upgrading to an aftermarket exhaust, you do not have expectations just for an aggressive sound only, but for some specs before to buy. Searching at their web site you can see nothing except "Not street legal". Any specs about weight difference? Any specs about horsepower and torque? Any dyno graph? Nothing. So i am not going to spend even a cent for something that offers only sound (which is something that i do not like at all). So, good looking but no in deep upgrading. I will stay at the Remus option.

I feel you don’t know much about tuning engines and if your trying to gain power exhausts are far from the best way to do it. yes you do. Modern EURO5/5+ bikes run very lean and with little margin. Throwing away cat is drastic change for fueling and AFR.
