I miss South Africa before 2005. It was such a great place to grow up in. Everybody was so optimistic and looking forward to the future. Crime and unemployment was also not as bad as it is now. Neighbors would look out for each other, kids were more respectful, whites knew their place and we had leadership we could be proud of. Zuma's ANC is the worst thing to happen to SA.
South African government was an oppressive government before black rule in South Africa. You simply ignored obvious history to make such deluded comment.

Tragedy that he was succeeded by two incompetent nincompoops, who had no understanding of governmental logic or nation building. The third is on his trial period and, while he appears rather eloquent, it remains to be seen if he can deliver a sound non-destructive plan. It will take many terms of proper governance, if ever, to repair what two hopelessly unskilled successors have torn down.
