You should change your ashes for chance to get two items per gamble.

Gambling is meant to also give you uniques and even mythics in very rare occasions. Same with Whisper caches and Helltide chests.

I've had quite a few Uniques from Whisper caches, none Ancestral so far. Feels good, even if they are rarely useful in my current build.

I was farming upgrade materials and Obols for this gambling method, looking for Sepazontec. I got two Rod of Kepeleke uniques so far, one of them Ancestral. Then a (pretty bad) Sepazontec dropped in game... I was gobsmacked. I'm going to continue gambling Quarterstaffs for a bit longer, see if I can get a decent one. Just moved some Ashes in the Season buffs to the gambling boost.

I got this ring I needed after buying 5 rings, granted it was just a mendeln, but still. Way faster.

I got Uniques in Season 5 from gambling obols. I also got a Ring of Starless Skies from Helltides in Season 5. It might be more than last season but you could get them before this season.

I was using this before the update a few hours ago. Now all I’m getting are rares. I hope they didn’t mess with it and it’s just my bad luck giving me a streak.
