Afande Tusiime is selfless and executes his job with great passion- a rare quality these days.! He used to manage the traffic exceptionally well at the Kabojja Jnr junction. I knew one day his efforts would be rewarded. Never seen a traffic officer like him!!! ❤❤❤❤❤
