Had one of this, went through a lot of headache. Somehow it's not as robust for diecutting as the smaller KSBs. Sold it and bought a used Bobst for my larger format prints and it worked like a charm eversince.
This poor machine is in very bad shape and has been abused to the maximum. It makes my heart to ache when I see one of those magnificent equipments suffering of such lack of maintenance.
You are wrong , it always had regular maintance, worked 16h a day 7 days a week, always got oil, and any bearings it needed, it works even today, but in the hands of another company, its easy to judge, if you have never seen the machine in person!
Health and safety obviously a priority.

Fix the impression screws and wedges and you can remove the brown sticky tape, nice guarding too.

What headache you had? What was the format of cylinder?
If you still work on bobst, could you tell me what speed you can achive with 130 gsm paper?

had to do anything like that.
Obviously not an OSHA inspection site......
