These testers are nice, they work for both measuring and as a safety tester. My only complaint is the fact they don't have HVAC functions which would help a lot. However they allow 90% of the tasks for most situations which is great 😊
@@weplaywax the biggest difference and most important is the Benning version needs a battery to function so it can’t be used as a true voltage tester to prove a circuit is dead, the 8000 is a true voltage tester so if the battery fails it will still detect voltage hence it doesn’t have a dial on the front so no chance of Human error where as the benning if you accidentally select Amps and measure voltage it will tell you the circuit has no voltage present 👍

That's not tue. The Benning CM 1-4 not only works without battery it switches on its Display and all LEDs above 45V. Whereas yours only warns with a red triangle as far as I'm concerned. As it is only a clone of the Beha Amprobe 2100 Delta.
