- I was off to a place that no longer existed, and a body of water that was never there. No biking during this entire trip but there’s no excuse for me not to stay physically active.
Here is my short vlog with some of my thoughts and kuwentuhan for all of you. It’s no V-sikleta Vlog BUT it’s something you may enjoy watching and listening too.

I live in Florida for 29 years now and I left the Philippines in 1992, when you were at the peak of your career. Thank you for sharing and showing me the beauty of walking alone and enjoying the scenery of the trail. Hopefully, I can go there too.
Hanga ako kay Gary V, hindi sya kinain ng showbiz industry. He stood with his wife, with his family intact, and foremost a Christian guy. With all the blitz and glitz he's been to through the years as an artist, he's remained true and faithful and humble. Plus the strength and positive disposition he has handling his health issues, being a diabetic. I wish him better health, bihira ang diabetic na hindi dumaan sa dialysis. Carry on Gary V, walking besides swimming is the best exercise ever, no need of going to the gym. God bless.

Huge fan here since bagets days. Your single, growing up, is my go-to track kung gusto kong balikan kabataan ko growing up in PI back in the 80's. You are just a few years older than I am and in better shape. You don't seem to age Mr. Energy. I enjoyed watching your little adventure. Going on nature walks is really soothing. Next time you're back in Cali, try hiking amongst the towering redwood trees. It is quite a spiritual experience. My favorite is the Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park.

Hi Mr. Gary, it’s good to see you in Florida. We we’re there last June. We went to Disney world with my family. Orlando is beautiful, everywhere you look you’ll see trees and lakes. The only thing is it rains randomly. Take care of your self Idol. I always love to watch all your videos👍👍👍

Your songs are inspiring and we love listening to it. Other way to enjoy these trails is by cycling. Our favorite is the West Orange trail. My son and I will take our bikes to one of the stations along the trail and bike all the way to Killarney station passing downtown Winter Garden, Town of Oakland and famous west orange bridge. These are the best part of the trail. Fall, winter and spring are the best time for cycling in central florida. Cool and less humid. It’s always fun if you have company. Always follow traffic and trail rules to prevent accident. Enjoy.

My aunt lives in Lake Mary (Lake front). We had a family reunion there in 1994. There were only a few houses there a while back. Not a whole lot of subdivisions. I remember the smell of the afternoon breeze by the lake was immaculate. Sir Gary, enjoy nature, be safe and God bless you and your wonderful wife.

We have a similar experience. I had a torn meniscus in 2010 while playing basketball. Had arthroscopic surgery to fix it. After 2 years, I tore my left Achilles Tendon while playing basketball again. That was the sign for me to stop playing basketball and focus on cycling.

Sometimes, I couldn’t believe being in places like that with no one around except me (considering that there are so many people in this world). It feels like I own the world! I wonder if anyone has experienced the same thing and felt the same way.

If only in the Philippines our Govt sees how these are managed in cleanliness and safety. Our Bicycle lanes are merged with motor vehicle lanes being extremely dangerous for bikers and even pedestrians.
