ChatGPT clocked it first shot: The carvings you see in the image are most likely examples of ancient graffiti left by workers, visitors, or explorers on the Great Pyramid of Giza. Throughout history, many people have inscribed their names, dates, or other symbols onto the stones of the pyramid. Some of the most notable graffiti on the Giza pyramids include the marks left by the original builders, including hieroglyphic symbols or workers' marks indicating the gangs or teams who were involved in the construction. However, there is also a considerable amount of graffiti left by travelers from various periods, including ancient Greeks and Romans, as well as more modern inscriptions from the 19th and 20th centuries. Given the angle and the way the carvings appear in your image, it seems like these are relatively modern inscriptions, likely from the 19th or early 20th century, when it was more common for visitors to leave their mark on historic sites. These could be names, initials, or dates, left by those who climbed to the top of the pyramid-a practice that was more common in the past. While some of these marks are now part of the history of the pyramid, they are generally considered vandalism today, and climbing the pyramids is strictly prohibited to preserve these ancient structures.
@@grillmeisterflashyou seem to forget that cover stones were put on "last"...this means it is entirely possible for workers to leave graffiti at any time during the initial phase of its construction

I was a student at AUC in the mid eighties. I climbed to the top of Khufu twice, once with three other American classmates at AUC and the second time alone. Each time, the askeris tried to stop us/me. The first time we paid bakshish to one Askari who looked out for us, told us where to climb and when to start. With that knowledge, I climbed the second time alone and no one noticed until I was 1/3 the way up. The askaris shouted, “mamnou’!!!” and fired rounds in the air. I kept climbing. Had the whole plateau on top to myself for the entire morning. I climbed down midday, unnoticed and walked away amidst the crowds of tourists and guides. Wouldn’t even think about trying it now.
@@garywheeler561 yes, in several different languages, some hacked into the stone, some scratched into it and some that looked painted by spray paint. A few lewd images also. I thought all of it was extremely irreverent. There was trash too - not a lot, mostly plastic bottles, cans and food wrappers. More people climbed up back then. In fact the first time I climbed with my classmates about a half hour after we reached the top another group of about six European tourists joined us. They stayed about an hour and climbed back down. We brought food. So, we stayed for a few hours and then went horseback riding in the desert. The second and last time I climbed, I cleaned up the trash, put it into an empty bag I brought for that purpose and brought it down when I climbed down hours later. I have photos of me from the first climb. It looks like I’m surrounded by clouds because we climbed right before dawn in the dark and when we reached the summit, the sun was just rising. We were hoping for a spectacular view of the Sphinx. However, it was in the month of September like now and all of Giza was enveloped by a thick white fog. We could see nothing beneath us, but a sea of thick white mist. It looked like we were above the clouds. Like what you see when you look out the window of a jet 30,000 feet in the air. We were pretty bummed because one of the reasons for climbing was to take in the view. However, as the sun began to heat everything up the fog began to rise. By the time Eric began snapping photos of us, the fog reached our level so it looks like we are sitting and standing on the sandstone plateau in the clouds. The fog soon cleared and the view was everything we expected.
The top is well documented and tourists could legally climb this pyramid until 1951 (though mostly unenforced until the 1970s). The top is entirely covered with etched graffiti (scratchiti), much of it from the 1800s/early 1900s. No secret pharaonic writing here. Far lesser known is that the other large pyramid next door (that is practically unclimbable due to intact casing stones) also astonishingly has much scratchiti on top. In recent drone videos, I could make out several British and French names from the 1800s. How they climbed up here then must have been quite technical and daunting.

Its not heiroglyphs, its people who been climbing it that been carving it
Yep it's modern graffiti done in the 1800's and early 1900's .
It’s Arabic scribbles… like the “John ❤️Mary” we’d see on a park bench
Calm down Its not a conspiracy and it's no discovery
WWI ANZACs Australian and New Zealander soldiers who climbed to the top would inscribe their names in the stones and I suppose so would've all the others who climbed them for hundreds if not thousands of years
The pyramid was totaly covered with limestone full with hieroglyphics. In old books you can still find that. Of course modern books not.

ChatGPT clocked it first shot:
The carvings you see in the image are most likely examples of ancient graffiti left by workers, visitors, or explorers on the Great Pyramid of Giza.
While some of these marks are now part of the history of the pyramid, they are generally considered vandalism today, and climbing the pyramids is strictly prohibited to preserve these ancient structures.
thats wrong, the whole pyramid was covered and it had a cap stone back in the days, no "worker" ever put a graffiti in there.,
