    Not a student but watched to support. 👍🏾 Glad to hear you had a great internship experience! Your tip about learning the language can't be stressed enough.     So you had to go through two interviews to get this internship ? I am impressed...
    Btw, there is no such thing as a stupid question, all there is is stupid answers. (German proverb)

      So true! We say that in the US too, but not everyone actually embraces it, unfortunately.

    Just wondering/curious, why do you not see yourself living in Germany permanently?

      It's mostly because of my family ties, since my entire family is in the US. Living here while I'm relatively young is great, but I would like to be closer to my parents as I and they grow older.

    Facts. In Germany, the work day starts when they leave the house.
    They value their actual lives.

      That would be nice but it's really not true except in special cases. For instance, when you are making field calls right from home in the morning without going to the office before. Regular workers usually get paid from the moment they arrive in the company or office.
