Izuki is the MVP in the last 40 seconds, no doubt. Such an underrated character. He's one of the most clumsy and slow point guards in the anime yet he's one of the smartest and clever point guards. GREAT REACTION GUYS! Watch the OVA then jump straight to the movie. Enjoy!
The passion that Brian and stephanie has for reaction amaze me everytime it's a beauty to watch. Now they need to watch Ova and the movie which Is amazing
Unfortunately, I dont ever see Seirin being able to win again after losing Kiyoshi. Every player is important and contributes to the team, but without Kiyoshi, I dont think Seirin would have ever defeated many of the other previous teams. And being that he's a senior and said this would be his last year playing basketball, they will have lost their number 1 defender.
I liked Seirin when I started the show in S1 but by the end of Winter Cup I had a really hard time rooting for them because it didn't feel like their wins were deserved. It was all plot armor doing the work since the quarterfinals, from Yosen to Kaijo to Rakuzan. Now rewatching the series, I like them even less and wish Rakuzan would have won, or a finals with Kaijo vs. Rakuzan - in which case Seirin can come back next year for a second chance and continue the story.
I know I'm late but there is no next year for seirin, they're fighting for the championship because it's the last time that they're gonna play with Kiyoshi. They want to fulfill there promise with Kiyoshi to be the best and after rewatching it for the 4th time I'm still rooting for seirin. They deserved the win. ( I still like Rakuzan though.)

If you guys liked the intensity of Kuroko no Basket, then I recommend you all checkout Ace of Diamond. its a baseball anime that revolves around all the members of the team. There is a ton of character backstories and development.
Honestly speaking, I expected the show to end with Seirin’s win. I mean it’s pretty obvious cuz the show is Called Kuroko No Basket... kinda saying Seirin will win the season finale. I bet if this was just any other thing, Rakuzan definitely will win. Great ending tho. Definitely love it

Yukie they were deserved tho, they all levelled up during the games against Yosen, Kaijo and Rakuzan. When you face strong opponents, you get stronger
