I'm glad you provided information about no flooding the base. I was thinking the same thing. I found that when I flooded the base, the colors got lost or muted. Thumbs up emoji.

I have been so scared to try the Dutch pour but I need a large piece in greys and greens for my living room so I guess I better try a small one so I can practise and get better at it. Those colors are really beautiful together!!! When you started to use the blow dryer I was thinking.. oops.. she forgot to flood the stripes with gray!! But you totally explained and I agree, the colors are a lot more vibrant without the flooding!!!! I just love, love the colors!!! Thanks so much for sharing all the info, while doing the Reno!!🤩🤩

Your hints are really helpful. I just had to make new gray so I’ll just pour my little bottle back in the one I just made . Looking back over some of my older pouring I see some of the very hints you have been giving us . Just keep those hints coming. I really appreciate them since I haven’t been pouring very long. That painting you just did is awesome.
Hey Kanella, beautiful picture, love the ornaments, would love to try them. Problem with buying from the states is the difference in money then having to pay duty once they get here . Exciting news about your house, take care you don’t burn yourself out once you add in trying to get ready for Christmas as well. Thanks again for sharing
@@KanellaCiracoArt weird when I ordered from colour art- the powders, I had to pay 50.00 just to get them from the post office- used your code, and still they cost a lot of money. Needless to say I’m leery about ordering from the states again.

I’ve always wonder why you wouldn’t.. i just started the Dutch pour and I’ve tried to thin out the paint and the base but I’m not having luck.. my colors mud out.. i really dont know what I’m doing wrong! It’s been frustrating... my husband loves them but i keep telling him that they dont look anything like yours ! Lol i think i might have to sign up for a lesson or something.. ahhh! I love the work that you do. Your pours are absolutely gorgeous. I'm a fairly new pour painter and have been watching as many RUclipsr's as I can. You are a fantastic teacher. You remember to give all the little tips that are necessary to pour a good picture. I really appreciate that. I really want to learn to do the Dutch pour. I tried my 1st one today and ended up scraping it. I flooded it all around before trying to blow, and it was a disaster. Next time I won't flood around at all. Maybe just maybe I'll get a fairly decent something. Thanks for the tip. Again, I do appreciate all you do for us.🎨👍🙃
