This is just as much a transformation of the owner along with the car. Starts with a kid having fun and doing basic mods, and the skills and car get better and better as the video goes on. Love it!

Crazy nice build man, saw that s-chassis pop up on Craigslist a couple years back and saw it at a garage meet. Looks like a completely different car. Good to see it’s being built right! Hope to see it or your other builds at a kcdrift event again sometime!

RBs and Js sound almost as good as your v12 hypercar. I went with the boring iron block LS stroked with the one I'm building since I don't find enjoyment in fixing motors in the slightest but the turbo spool and jdm sound I'll be missing out on probably isn't worth it lol
Am i the only one that likes the stock lights on the back? Every costumization video ive ever watched with the 180 always has new back lights
Hey Austin I was wondering how the pinch welds on your 240 are holding up? I bought a stock 92 super hicas. An actual unicorn in the 240 community. However the pinch welds are smashed to hell and the fender accommodations that are built into the pinch welds are destroyed too. How did you get around this issue when installing your fenders? Assuming you also had to deal with this issue. I really want to keep the car in prime condition but it has its flaws. The pinch welds being the main one.
My pinch welds are pretty decent, I actually drilled two holes and put zip ties to hold the bottom of the fender and as long as you use the lower door mount for the fender they should hold very well. The reason I drilled two holes was because the 2 stock bolts snapped off in the pinch welds. Hope this helps!

One last question for you Austin. I'm curious what kinda conversion you did to increase how far you can lift the hood? I'd like to do a conversion that will allow me to open my hood all the way to allow easy work in the engine bay without being pincered between the engine bay and the hood lol.
It’s called the Honda hood mod, it’s kind of hard to explain how to do but you should be able to find a few RUclips videos on how to do it. If you have any questions about it shoot me a message on insta @austinbberner and I can answer then! :)

How much money did you spent like GAWDAMN that car is badass. I am a really big fan of 240sx but when i grow up I'ma need your body kit because when i grow up i wanna get the same thing and add some of designs like underglow on the bottom of all sides and front and back. Put some led inside the car. And have the seat like yours and the taillights and the headlights cool like greenish. But yea that is a really sick car if i had that car. I'm just gonna drive forever

Awesome effort man, respect! I just found this video. Just my opinion but those 326 power wings are overated, they look to big for the car, can't go wrong with type X spoiler. Also you should have done rear over fenders, flared guards don't suit it, and you should have changed to 5 stud earlier on, and that body kit isn't the best looking. Well done otherwise
