That crystal sound is definitely the same sound as the healing effect in Paper Mario: TTYD (around 3:15:17). I'm glad someone else thought the same thing in the chat.
Wow, I didn’t remember how good the music was in this game! When I played these Freddi Fish I was only around 6 y/o and since I’m Brazilian I couldn’t speak any English, so I’m watching this video and actually understanding the dialogue! So nostalgic
Oop thats debatable I'm always between 2 and 3 having the best animation i really like 2's animation in terms of timing and bigger movements and expressions. They all also look really on. Modle alot of the time. However 3 has better lip sync than 2 for sure! So idk XD either way they all have some great stuff in em'.
I remember playing the first Putt Putt game (Joins the Parade) when I was a kid at my library too. I hope Brutalmoose can play through that one too. I know it’s kinda basic but it’s charming and fun in its own way
Yeah, but knowing Ian it's gotta be something weird, like a plushie of him wearing a t shirt of himself, or a doll that plays smooth jazz when you squeeze it
I've never played the Freddi Fish games and now I wish I did because I loved watching you play it! It was funny, had really great visuals, clever puzzles and a lot of personality! Can't wait to see the last two Freddi games! Oh...And I'll give you my FISHING POLE!!! :D
My favorite part of these games was clicking on absolutely everything to see if it would do a cute animation. I only found these games in my public library and it was always a treat to get to sit down for 20 minutes and never ever finish the games lol
This is beautiful, the company that create this game, create another similar titles. All of them where my first long games when i was little, give me so much joy and fun. Im really happy seeing this again :"D
I’ve been watching/listening to this video (along with FF 4 and 5 from last week) while working and I’m loving: 1) the music in the game, esp the guitar featured, it’s very relaxing 2) Phineas McFinn and his ARRGGHH piratey attitude and song, I love a pirate that can get along with kids. I’m such a dork for finding it amusingly funny and I have to watch it periodically along with 3) the Worm Doodles ad. It is very Homestarrunner and, like the Doodles themselves, I gotta have more of them. Really hope Ian makes that into a Twitch alert!!
1:25:10 I didn't even realize this video was recent until he said halloween and hand sanitizer in the same sentence. It feels like everyone is feeling the nostalgia for these games lately.
I saw someone mention it in the stream, so I wanted to second it here. A Humongous Entertainment secret menu would be great. There are so many amazing moments in these games that could make great hidden gems.
I’ve fallen asleep to this vod almost every night since it was uploaded and I wouldn’t doubt it if it’s burned into my subconscious. Thx for all the sweet dreams moose!
YAASSS - have been watching your videos for comfort, specifically your edutainment games. THANK YOU MOOSE!! Also, have watched your videos on repeat in the last few weeks - SO surprised you haven't done an official RCT video retrospective. RCT 3 remastered just came out - that's my request!!
Current cinema in Australia: Come look at sponsorship shop, selling furniture, insurance, social services, M&Ms. American vintage cinema: COME BUY OUR FUCKING FOOD!!!!
Mayweetok stuff these days tends to be crap, and I don’t know of anyone still making point and clicks like these. Good thing is that you can get these on steam for your kids.
I'm new to your channel but I loved these game as a kid!! You are a fun dude and I gotta say it makes me so happy how much you ALSO appreciate Fiddler Crab! "...and I'll give you my fishing poooooole!" That line pops into my head all the time playing ACNH while fishing 🤣
Got my first full time job last month, it’s also my first ever 9-5 (7:30-5:30) Iv worked late nights for the last 8 years while in school, it’s been pretty ruff for me to get use to. Love going to bed at 8 and watch this stream for an hour!
Man that ocean is FILTHY! I guess that's surprisingly realisting, and somewhat depressing... Also, I have a question for edutainment experts! I've been looking for two games from the same series for literal years. When I was a kid, I've played them at some of my mother's friends' house, so I've never owned them, and they always put them on for me, so I never even knew the names. These were games for older kids, maybe even teens, because they dealt with actual agriculture and themes like that. If I remember correctly, one was about the countryside (that was the one I liked the most) and the other one was more urban. Like lots of edutainment games, it allowed you to visit a lot of locations and play small games, but the games were more complicated than things for young kids. Like making better profit off of crops and things like that. You could run almost "simulations" of how it would grow depending on various changes you made and so on. The art style was more mature and not too bright/saturated, too. I'm sorry I can't remember more, I was a small kid back then... Ah, the games may be French or Belgian or something outside of the US or UK. It was in Belgium after all. I played them in French, so even if the games are NOT French or Belgian, they existed in various languages, including French.
@@mimmikibilly Almost certain it was not a Tycoon game. While it was about learning about the industry, it really consisted of small games/simulations. Like for example, a field and how it grows in some conditions or others. But it wasn't all about dealing with some kind of industry like a Tycoon game. The purpose was really to show you how something works. If my memories don't fail me (it WAS a long time ago), it was also way more laid back than Tycoon games. Quiet, muted and serious.
I'm vaguely reminded of the 2 John Deere games I had as a kid, but I have a feeling they are not what you're talking about. I got them as a box set. "John Deere: American Farmer Deluxe" and "John Deere: American Builder Deluxe". One is a farming simulator, and the other a construction simulator. I don't have much memory of the construction game, as my dad and I didn't get this game working on the Windows 2k PC I used at the time, and I never revisited it.
Does this mean we are finally getting a Freddie Fish 3 video on his main channel ... possibly with PBG? I've been really hoping he'd do more Humongous Games videos like Putt Putt, Spy Fox, and Freddie Fish. I really miss those videos 😢 .
Freddi Fish 3 was the first computer game my parents got me for my windows 95 computer my cousin gave me so it has a special place in my heart and ever since then I was hooked to Humungous Entertainment games. Funny enough my first completed playthrough of the game Horse Feathers was the thief in my game as well! Enjoyed the gameplay and your reactions!
Not me at work singing, "and I'll give you my FISHING POLEEEE!!!!" I grew up playing Freddi Fish 2: Case of the Haunted School House, and Freddi Fish 5: The Creature of Coral Cove Park, and too a much lesser degree, Case of the Missing Kelp Seeds. I LOVED them. I'd play them for hours just going around clicking things, watching the videos, etc. Half the time I never even beat the games. But I also enjoyed Pajama Sam, specifically Thunder and Lightening aren't so frightening. Never played the others unfortunately.
been streaming retro games (mainly from Humongous Entertainment), recently finished spyfox and pj sam. and also recently finished Freddi fish 1 and 2. its such a nostalgia trip!
I love streams like this where its a fun game but you can also talk And you don't have to battle the chat over spoilers since everyone has played these
8:00 the only humongous entertainment games I ever really played as a kid were the pajama sam and spy fox games and loved them. I think the only freddi fish game i didn’t just play the demo of was the case of the missing conch shell. There was something magical about playing through the pajama sam and spyfox demos over and over and then finally getting the full games.
Freddi fish is my favorite HE game! Im so glad you played them!!! I cant watch you play #5 though! Not till I finish the playthrough again myself hehe!!
It's so funny watching things I last saw about 20 years ago (am 24 rn) and distinctly remember tiny details of it even though I forgot about the big storylines haha
Something I remember very vividly from the first game was the Swedish dub. The intro cutscene with Grandma Grouper was... oddly morose for some reason. Like, when she told Freddi about the dying kelp plant, it sounded like the voice actress was about to cry for real.
Wow I guess I had notifications for twitch off, I just realized you stream Wednesdays which is my day off x.x. At least I always watch the Thursday vod but I will BE THERE now. So will my cat Mable.
Will the other HE games be added to this playlist? Like the PJ Sam's and talking child car. Either way I'm looking forward to watching them all and any more to come

Holy Mother of JESUS THIS has been plucked from the deepest recesses of my memory. Forgotten for many moons until today.
I hope Ian plays another nance game soon, those get me through the day
Osten 2004 he needs to play shadow at the waters edge!!
Yes! It’s like a spa day for me a total stress melter
"get outta here or im gonna hafta eatcha!"
"MMM WHAT A HAMBURGER"
That crystal sound is definitely the same sound as the healing effect in Paper Mario: TTYD (around 3:15:17). I'm glad someone else thought the same thing in the chat.
"I'm gonna be rich when I find that treasure!"
"I'm gonna make all the money now..."
(He's gonna make all the money noooow)
Dude please play the blues clues games, i love them so much! I asked you about them last year i think lmao
Wow, I didn’t remember how good the music was in this game! When I played these Freddi Fish I was only around 6 y/o and since I’m Brazilian I couldn’t speak any English, so I’m watching this video and actually understanding the dialogue! So nostalgic
Oh man I didn't even notice that the lip syncing improved from the first game. The 3rd game had the best animation.
This entire video dragged up childhood memories of playing Freddie Fish on the public library computers. Even the demos!
I remember playing the first Putt Putt game (Joins the Parade) when I was a kid at my library too. I hope Brutalmoose can play through that one too. I know it’s kinda basic but it’s charming and fun in its own way
These two freddy fish VODs get me thru tough times :')
my Chadtronic plushie came in the mail, and we NEED a brutalmoose plushie
I think 2 plushies might be a good idea, one showing Ian as a moose and one as just him, like Chad's plushie
I’d actually pay for a plushie or youtooz of Brutalmoose.
Yeah, but knowing Ian it's gotta be something weird, like a plushie of him wearing a t shirt of himself, or a doll that plays smooth jazz when you squeeze it
I would buy one so fast
I’d definitely buy a brutalmoose plushie
I've never played the Freddi Fish games and now I wish I did because I loved watching you play it! It was funny, had really great visuals, clever puzzles and a lot of personality! Can't wait to see the last two Freddi games!
Oh...And I'll give you my FISHING POLE!!! :D
It's a fun series. As is Putt Putt and the Buzzy the Knowledge Bug series.
Pajama sam is my fave personally!! But spy fox is great too! Tbh just play all of em they don't disappoint XD
Wild seeing ‘register today’ and then a phone number
My favorite part of these games was clicking on absolutely everything to see if it would do a cute animation. I only found these games in my public library and it was always a treat to get to sit down for 20 minutes and never ever finish the games lol
The moment you started Freddi Fish 3 all the memories came flooding back, I knew I played FF a lot as a kid but didn't realize just how much. Thanks.
Man, Freddi Fish was THE Humongous Entertainment game that was where it was at when I was a kid.
This is beautiful, the company that create this game, create another similar titles. All of them where my first long games when i was little, give me so much joy and fun.
Im really happy seeing this again :"D
THANK YOU! I can finally revel in the glory of Freddie Fish!

2:44:40 Okay I'm back. Finishing this playthrough VOD style. Thanks for the quick turnaround on posting!
1:25:10 I didn't even realize this video was recent until he said halloween and hand sanitizer in the same sentence. It feels like everyone is feeling the nostalgia for these games lately.
And I'll give you my fishing poleeeeee
I saw someone mention it in the stream, so I wanted to second it here. A Humongous Entertainment secret menu would be great. There are so many amazing moments in these games that could make great hidden gems.
Ian playing/talking about HE games cures my depression
Too true!!
I’ve fallen asleep to this vod almost every night since it was uploaded and I wouldn’t doubt it if it’s burned into my subconscious. Thx for all the sweet dreams moose!
Honestly, now I'm just curious about what kind of fishing pole exists in my soul. My soul pole.
Love this man, just finally got back to pajama sam and spy fox lol I missed them all too much! These were everything to me when I was younger
Current cinema in Australia: Come look at sponsorship shop, selling furniture, insurance, social services, M&Ms. American vintage cinema: COME BUY OUR FUCKING FOOD!!!!
Wooow so red is a flavor , 🤔🤔 mind blowing. This whole time I thought it was strawberry or cherry.
The guy who voices Snappy Turtle sounds like a real ‘Healthy Boy.’
hahaha i love all these adult/teen interpretations of freddi fish, all the stream comments were so funny XDD ff 3 and 4 were my fave!
Love watching the vods - I miss these quality of games, I wish my own kids could grow up with these
Mayweetok stuff these days tends to be crap, and I don’t know of anyone still making point and clicks like these. Good thing is that you can get these on steam for your kids.
Your voice is so soothing.. I’ve been trying to get through this video for 2 months but I always fall asleep 😂
Someday I'll catch one of your streams live. Thanks for always being so funny and chill while playing my favorite childhood games. Love ya dude
This is such a fun stream. I'm glad you put it up. Thank you.
I'm new to your channel but I loved these game as a kid!! You are a fun dude and I gotta say it makes me so happy how much you ALSO appreciate Fiddler Crab!
"...and I'll give you my fishing poooooole!"
That line pops into my head all the time playing ACNH while fishing 🤣
AND I'LL GIVE YOU MY FISHING POLE
Why is this not an alert yet?! The people are waiting
Got my first full time job last month, it’s also my first ever 9-5 (7:30-5:30) Iv worked late nights for the last 8 years while in school, it’s been pretty ruff for me to get use to. Love going to bed at 8 and watch this stream for an hour!
Congrats on the job, hope it goes well for you :)
Man that ocean is FILTHY!

Could it be some kind of Tycoon game? Also the bit about the sea being filthy is sadly accurate, I'm afraid.

When you really think about it, Brutalmoose is a crab, and we're his fishing pole.
I like how even 'angry' Ian sounds happy as heck.
My little sister and I used to spend so much time playing Freddi Fish 3. So nostalgic!
I remember playing the old Humongous Entertainment games. Spy Fox and Pajama Sam were my favorite games in the franchise.

Ian and Freddi Fish...two of my very favorite things, together at last!
Played these the whole series when I was like 9 or 10 years old on the computer. Such a classic game
Can you play clue finders that would make my day 😂
What is this, a marathon of my childhood memories?
I’m watching this on my work break and boy I need it
Thank You I Love These Games! Anyone Remember Clue Finders? That Was A Fun Game.
Ohhhhmygod I loved this game so much... thank you for the memory retrieval lol
Not me at work singing, "and I'll give you my FISHING POLEEEE!!!!"

Never played the others unfortunately.
I've waited for this day!!! I hope u do all the HE games someday ur commentary is great!!
I played Freddi Fish 1 a lot as a kid, but I never got to play the sequels. I'm sad I was deprived of most of the Humongous catalog.
AND I'LL GIVE YOU MY FISHING POOOLE!!
Freddi Fish and Pajama Sam are my favorite Humongous Entertainment Games!
the best part is noticing how many voices are just barney calhoun
Oh my god, backyard baseball! Brings back memories.
been streaming retro games (mainly from Humongous Entertainment), recently finished spyfox and pj sam. and also recently finished Freddi fish 1 and 2. its such a nostalgia trip!
When people say kid games only for kids I'd probably never found one they like.
The chanting at 2:44:28 sounds like “my lemon, my lemon. My lemon, my tea”
I love streams like this where its a fun game but you can also talk

Jesus that person in chat REALLY wanted Ian to see their "freddi fish uncut and uncensored" joke. I think I counted 30+ messages 😂
I hope someday HE puts backyard baseball on steam...loved that game!
Freddi fish is my favorite HE game! Im so glad you played them!!! I cant watch you play #5 though! Not till I finish the playthrough again myself hehe!!
Yeeeeeeesssss Freddi Fish streams finally!!
It's so funny watching things I last saw about 20 years ago (am 24 rn) and distinctly remember tiny details of it even though I forgot about the big storylines haha

IAN I’d love to see a play through from you on Freddie and Luther’s Maze Madness!
Awesome the songs in these games are great and if you plan to do any more humungous entertainment games I like to join in on your twitch someday dude
These games were my childhood❤️❤️❤️
Wow I guess I had notifications for twitch off, I just realized you stream Wednesdays which is my day off x.x. At least I always watch the Thursday vod but I will BE THERE now. So will my cat Mable.
A fish with a fishing pole. Thats gotta be like stashing heat in the underwater community. Is he a gangster do you think?
2:41:14 Is it me or the fish lady sounds like Ariel? Her voice is cute and her song is full of energy, i like it 😀The Elvis fish is great too!
ye gods that Big Thinkers demo brings back memories... I never owned it but I played the demo SO many times
ian brutalmoose youve done it again
Oh my god i thought i dreamt playing these games. They actually exists!!
Freddi fish was my favorite! I had 2 games. I'm about to turn 24 in 20 days. I still love the game
"you hear her voice right?" bro Freddi has the most androgynous voice of and humungous character
1:00:24 "The message says, "MMM, what a hamburger!""
Will the other HE games be added to this playlist? Like the PJ Sam's and talking child car. Either way I'm looking forward to watching them all and any more to come
Not sure if anyone has said this yet, but Freddie Fish is just Nancy Drew as a fish
Good to see this video still has comments.
Yeah, I love Blue's Clues! The games were awesome too.
Haahaa, I just set up my computer and was searching through my cd's and found a Freddi Fish cd! Love these games.
Yeah I'm gonna need to see 4 and 5 too my dude, this shit is like heroin
I wish I had some worm doodles right now :(
bro i recognise that secret agent barbie icon anywhere
So uh just to be clear when these fish are low on kelp they resort to cannibalism and eat PB and Jellyfish sandwiches? Dark. I like it 🤣
ilysm Ian
Big Thinkers demo scared me as a kid
we need fishing pole merch
He should totally play the Cluefinders games!!
My childhood!!
Used to play this on the big ol white pc with the chonky screens and the ball in the mouse.
Thank you.
