The EUI of a building includes the electrical power use and heating fuel consumption for heating and hot water generation. Many facilities require different loads according to their primary use or function, including cooling and refrigeration. in your video you only said it's for heating

The content of this video is excellent. Thank you! I attempted to make this feedback private, but was unable to find a way to do so. I had a very difficult time watching the video with sound because you use the word “simply” excessively. I found myself getting annoyed and had to switch to closed caption, and you finally turned it off because it was difficult to follow reading captions.
I suspect that your target audience for this video is college educated professionals, and this could possibly hinder your channel engagement. This was unbearable.
