The thing most people don't get is, that the ones who are living a privileged life without even doing anything for it, see the world differently...
Most privileged kids think that they can buy anything with enough amount of money... and they usually do, so that is why Olivia did not understand why
everyone was mad about it... everything she says basically screams the volumes, that she was handed everything for free... her perspective is different from regular people, and if you ask me, considering how she was raised, it is amazing that she still is able to realize and admit what went wrong...

Not true. I know privileged people who know exactly what kind of privileges they have. (50k cars at 15 ready and waiting as soon as they got their licence, trusts, etc). What is mostly unspoken (sometimes spoken) is to be humble about said advantages as to not piss people off because they know they aren't afforded the same opportunities. What most people are disgusted about us her attempt at trying to disguise her arrogance and aloofness about the situation. Other people would get harsher punishment for doing waaaay less than what she and her parents were into. Her facial expressions are telling. I also believe that it's hard for her to see her parents being jailed but because she understands the value of growth and change, she lets her parents stay and think for themselves about what they have done. and tries her best to not show any sign of devastation because of the desire to not anymore be a burden to the public. she recognizes her privileges and knows that being apologetic doesn't solve a thing. instead, she aspires to change and to use her mistakes for growth to inspire others one day. she is willing to take responsibility. that's what matters afterall. it takes more courage to take it all inside and be strong in front of many than cry and cry to people and say sorry. remember that. 💖
also the matters of others, regarding law, she has no fault about it. she doesn't make the law. it just so happen that in this unfair world, anywhere, law, in most times, will favour the rich. she's young and it ain't her fault. so stop blaming her.

I feel like USC should have created more spots instead of having limited spots. They knew that people would do anything to get their kids in that college or any other college.

I agree with you. It is certainly not a popular opinion and I am cool with that. Yes what they did was wrong. There were consequences and they are paying for it (I believe the sentence should be longer. Thats just my opinion) but we have to get to a place where we give people the platform to learn from there mistakes. Truth be told we all mess up sometimes. Some more/worse than the others. But we have to learn to forgive. What I have come to realize is that we live in an unforgiving society. We have to give people the opportunity to grow from their mistakes.

They admitted it cause they didnt have any other choice. That woman was pleading not guilty many times until she realized she will go to prison for a long time if she will continue denying her crimes. This olivia woman also doesn’t have any other choice but to ‘admit it and learn from it’ as she still has a nerve to want to be a so called influencer. They only sorry cause they got caught and they literally have no other choice

Everyone on this table is privileged for god sake! Olivia and her family aren’t the only rich people here who used their fame and money for their advantage. The smiths here have done the same, nepotism has gotten their children movies, record deals etc, cuz let’s face it the kids don’t have any real talent for music or acting but somehow have a career based around it. So everyone on this table is literally the same, a bunch of privileged rich people coming after another rich privileged girl. All these people need to get off their high horse and go get an actual job if they wanna act like they do actual work, because none of them have struggled in life nor do they know the meaning of achieving something on their own merit!
