Savannah is straight up a planned English city. You couldn’t be more wrong about the origins. Oh which is the same for Savannah. Which is well above Charleston. If you believe Charleston is better that's fine. It's not about population amount it's about what percent that population makes it. If you wanna argue this just go to anyone around you and try to convince them that los Angelas is way blacker than Atlanta.
