U can increase chance to get Snowblower from 1% (on winter stage map) or 0.3% (on taiga or winter village) to 100% if u use the "Snowblower Caller" which can be sold in Gus shop but it ONLY HAS 0,01% chance to appeard
I played on multiple maps, the ones in question being Taiga, Winter Village, Frozen Falls, Chilled Cavern, Snowland Passage, and the Gates of Winter. The last 4 have the best chance of spawning a Snowblower, though.
