Whether you're being obviously creepy or not, flirting with someone while they're working is always a trap for them. The flirter knows that the employee A)has to be nice to them or risk being fired, and B)can't leave the scene to get away. From what I've seen, creeps are much more likely to approach a woman at her place of work instead of in the street because of this. Let the f*cked-up-ness of that sink in...

Most I’ve had is guys ask for my number. That’s how I ended up with my boyfriend. He was super polite though. Not a creep at all. Some come off too strong though. i HATE creeps who try to flirt with employees, it's so annoying and rude! They are there to do a job, not get hit on by weird people, and they have no choice but to be polite and professional.

When I worked at McDonalds we had a really creepy guy come through our drivethru window. We told him his food has to cook and politely asked him to pull up to the first empy parking space. He smiled a creepy smile and said "Have a FEMALE worker bring out my food" and had continued eye contact with me as he drove to the spot. I told my manager what he said and when his food was done my manager himself took it out. He came back in and said the guy looked at him asked where the girl is (referring to me) and angrily drove off when our manager told him I wouldn't be coming out.
I was fucking creeped out for the rest of my shift. Never saw him again

I have worked in fast food for over 2 years now and I have experienced my fair share of creepy men, I had a man follow me around once and take pictures of me telling me he was from google maps (like if I’m stupid or something) and then grab me by my waist and take a selfie with me. I also had a 40 year old man grab me and hug me and when I was uncomfortable and handed him his food he joked and flinched then said “oh I thought u we’re gonna hug me this time” (keep in mind all of these experiences happened when I was only 16 years old
