Hi, good video. Can you please confirm defined torques of 3 screws in 8:27 in plate? Did you use thread locker glue, or just tight defined OEM torgue? Thank you so much!
I can't answer to your question because i have sold my tracer and i don't remember the correct torques. I used what yamaha recommended without glue. Cheers
Did this mounting plate actually come with instructions about how to remove all these parts or did you figure this all out yourself? I have ordered the plate for my Tracer but am concerned how complicated it is just to install a little plate!
this mounting plate actually come with instructions as you said! it's a bit difficult if you don't know some basics! best for you to go to the dealer for installation

@@motoontheweekend The Yamaha dealer told me not to worry about the torque of the sidecase bolts, as long as the are tighten good, you should bee fine 🧑🔧 The torque values for the topbox mounting plate, are in the description that came along with it.

@@GenesisTripVids μιας και είχες και το προηγούμενο μοντέλο θεωρείς πως το tracer 9 (βασική έκδοση) είναι καλύτερο από tracer 900 με ohlins αναβάθμιση μπρος πίσω? Έτσι κι αλλιώς ανεβαίνω κατηγορία οπότε και τα 2 βελτίωση είναι για μένα.
@@lamprosger.9094 καπου κερδιζεις καπου χανεις εδω! Απο θεμα πλαισιου ειναι ανωτερο το 9αρι αλλα απο αναρτησεις εννοειται το αλλο! αν ομως συνδιασεις το 9αρι με αναρτησεις πετυχενεις τον τελειο συνδιασμο!

Πολύ ταλαιπωρία ρε αδερφέ για μια βάση Εγώ την εβαλα σε 5 λεπτά χαλαρώνοντας μόνο τα πλαστικά της ουράς βγάζοντας τα κλιπ και πάνω καπάκι Επίσης είδα πτι βάζεις δυναμοκλειδο σε αλουμίνιο με κίνδυνο να καταστρέψεις τα σπειρώματα Μέγα λάθος
Δεν ειναι μεγα λαθος το να βαζεις δυναμοκλειδο τι στιγμη που η ιδια η yamaha προτεινει ροπες. Επισης προφανως και δεν εχεις το gt και δεν εχεις πλαινες βασεις για να το εβαλες τοσο ευκολα οπως λες. Αν παλι εχεις τοτε ειμαι 1000% σιγουρος οτι δεν το εκανες ποτε η εβαλες βιδες πολυγωνες και οχι αλεν. και σε αυτα που λεω ειμαι απολυτα σίγουρος. Αυτα
Ενδιαφέρον αν και δεν θα προτιμούσα αυτον τον τρόπο καθως τα σφιγγεις στον αερα απο τη μια απο την αλλη αυτο το κρακ κρακ που λες για τις πισω βιδες με το κλειδι θα ηθελα να το δω στην πραξη να το κανεις και όχι να το κοψεις σε εκεινο το σημειο γιατι εκει ειναι όλος ο καυγας! Όπως και να χει φανταζομαι και εσυ θα ειδες τις οδηγιες της yamaha για τον τροπο που αναφερει πως μπαινει η βαση! Εκτος αν αλλαξε τα σχεδια και δεν εχω γνωση αυτου. Καλη συνεχεια!

@@genesistripvids9094 I have received literally 1 page of instruction which says that the mounting time is 6 minutes, extremely easy and we have to torq all the bolts to 20nm. Thats all.
@@wolforlaif i still had my tracer i would gladly send you the instructions i had back then! I hope Yamaha found a solution to this and fixed that complicated manual
@@genesistripvids9094 I was just over dramatic, because I had the idea that it is a 6 minutes job. The next day I have calmed down and put together everything. Just a bunch of plastic clips and removal of the side box mounts and it's done. Torqed all 3 bolts to 20nm OEM spec plus some thredlocker and the top case is already in use. Thank you for your help anyway.

It is abnormally complicated. I bought Kappa monokey plate and installation is very easy. Dark engineers from Yamaha :D

Δεν θα ήταν καλύτερα να έβγαζες τη σχάρα από πάνω απ το να βγαλεις όλα τα πλαστικά
Οχι δεν γίνεται να μπει ουτε να βγει αλλιως στο gt τουλάχιστον. Πρέπει να γίνει ετσι οπως το δειχνω
