If at the start of video area, have shelter if add iron support to it, can it be a workspace like JustCo is $9/day and peninsula plaza lionsworld is $95/mth meeting space size. Just roundtable and seats. Planning to be a salesman that sell i.s.p(own time own target) and computers by moving around like booth and station.

Or it’s just corporate budget expenses.
