This is great, but it was aired years ago. Lovely beef, I wish it could also be cooked on an electric cooker - I don't use gas. My observations conclude it's delicious ,perhaps using English subtitles would draw a wider audience- thought for food or food for thought . I am impressed : no use of oil and slow cooked . Observe no tinned tomatoes, she used fresh ones . Uganda has fresh food. She even says serve your Man great food- a real Lady !! Uganda !!!!
