Artistry & Dance Workshop for Gymnasts

A workshop for competitive gymnasts to work on all things relating to the artistry score in artistic gymnastics. We worked on our performance, footwork, use of head, posture, arms, flow, timing, creative floorwork, etc., and spent the last hour of the workshop learning a piece of choreography to put into action all we'd learnt.
