I love love the way you explain things, and make a story out of just a concept! I live for fermented food, so maybe I'll give this a try out for my skin. But yes, your Time in Bottle is next for me! Planning on using it as a daytime serum. Lmao! "37 y'all!" You look amazing! And I will say I started sleeping with a humidifier, and it changed my skin!! I'm so hydrated in the morning and not like a raisin!
I have always been very curious about the line, and surprisingly I haven’t tried it out yet! ...Even though almost all the skincare products in my rotation are Japanese and Korean. Great load of information, and I love that you inform your audience about the brand’s identity. 👍🏆
Janet Tekenos Thank you for the compliment! I have had a growing passion for skincare for about 16 years. (Mainly to understand and conquer my 20s cystic acne). I am now in the beauty industry and am constantly reading, studying and following subjects that interest me.
2L2Q you have a sincere way about you that's so refreshing:) Are you in the beauty industry beyond what you do on UTube? Just curious because I think I'd love to find a way to work in skincare/health too & looking for ideas. Thanks for your reviews!
maria G Hi there. Yes I do work in the beauty industry (definitely not prolific enough to make a career out of RUclips). As with most, starting with education or practical employment in the field is the best way. Try it out as a part time or seasonal job, if you connect with it, then professional schooling. Good Luck.
Momma S Wow thanks! I love the request, I will do that. Glad to take her request. Cleansing and using sunscreen are the most important things to do to take care of our skin. Give her a hug for me, Momma S.
Wow! I turned 37 this week and my sweet fiancee bought me the VERY $$$ Su:m37 Time Energy kit for my birthday. Loving it so far as well as the Pyunkang Yul range and Botanic Farm.
I was wondering where you were! I have not used SUM|37 and wanted to try it but its really pricey. Where did you get that lovely box from as it would be great to use the whole line. Also, how did the deceim work out for you.
twistedsoda pop Hey thanks for the interest! Let me preface all my reviews by saying 'my skin can be really annoying'. Deciem haircare and bodycare products are phenomenal! The Ordinary line was irritating, causing breakouts for me and my guy, maybe the ingredients were too unbuffered or active. Niod had such a learning curve that I only have a few things in rotation. I never really stay with lines that require you to use them exclusively. Niod, Perricone, Drunk Elephant: they DO NOT PLAY WELL with other ranges. I'm too much of a junky to settle down with one line.
I nabbed a small sample of su:m37 sun-away stick a few years back and it was incredible for my skin (thin/delicate/prone to irritation and dehydration), but alas, it's just too costly.
By oil cleanse, do you mean massaging an oil on your face, or an oil cleanser that emulsifies? Ive tried a few emulsifying oil cleansers and there is no way I can use them regularly with a cleanser afterwards. My skin gets so dry, and bad. Stripped id say. Perhaps you have found gentle oil cleansers. I CAN though massage an oil and then wash that off, or use a lotion MU remover (like Estee Lauder take it away) and follow it with cleanser.
Liz Torres you are referring to double Cleansing? Perhaps using a foam cleanser after your oil cleanser IS too much. The products you are using do make a difference. There are Cleansing oils I love and those I hate. I have friends and family that have used actual oils, like coconut or olive, though I won't. My skin is too acne-prone for me to try anything not formulated and tested for use. (Home remedies never did much for me) Really most Cleansing oils should do the job well enough NOT to require a second cleanse. Let me know your best and worst products, maybe I can make a recommendation. Thanks for watching.
Hi, I bought the SU:M37micro whipping cleanser, tested it using my PH test strips, and it turned dark green, meaning it’s harsh for your skin...I’m so disappointed.
Hi, thanks for sharing your experience. I find with many routines that have multiple steps, they assume you will follow with the additional toner, then essence (which are correctly pH balanced). So you could try that, or discontinue use; whatever suits your lifestyle best. Thanks again!
@@nyaxa good point, Maybe the Stick version is lower PH as Gothamista pointed out in her video, “Cleansing Sticks”.....But I wonder what the ingredients are in the foaming cleanser it that make it high? Can you ask the company? Since you must have a connection with them? Kind regards
@@susanwildermuth9222 years later, it is the essence I still use from this line, I often mix-and-match my products to create routines. Use what you enjoy.
@@susanwildermuth9222 wow, I am just an avid skincare junkie, like you. This is a very iron-clad brand, established to appeal to a specific market, they have been updating a lot recently. I wouldn't be surprised if newer launches were formulated to speak to new markets.
korean products are top quality, Asians have the cult of the skincare and face cure ! browse on the you tube " gothamista" she is a fantastic lady from NYC she reviews all beautiful korean products I have learned a lot from her, thanks for your lovely accurate reviews, nice manners , blessings
Hayley Smith Thank you for the feedback. I do subscribe to Gothamista, she has great knowledge and experience with so many brands! It was her review of the Miracle Rose Cleansing Stick that made me buy it. Have a wonderful day.
Ayesha Zulfiqar thanks for watching! A lot of the focus on this line is ‘balancing’ oil and water content in the skin. So it doesn’t add oiliness, but doesn’t prevent shine either. (Actually, unless a Korean line is ‘oil-cut’ or ‘anti-shine’ they might not be the best choice for oily skin) I acne a concern? If so this line is made for acne/stressed skin.
Ayesha Zulfiqar ok! Oily skin and acne a really two different issues, not necessary the same thing. I also highly recommend and oil-based cleanser and a good AHA/BHA exfoliating Mask. What’s your current skincare routine? How long have you been using it?

twistedsoda pop I got the set from Pacific Mall last fall, I have seen it on eBay too. The value is tremendous.

Good thing you didn’t buy it. The ph level is a 9. Very high......

The skin resetting toner you showed has denatured alcohol in it......I wanted to love this brand, but now I don’t.
