Getting us used to seeing military everywhere for the new normal.
Sounds like the potential of Marshall Law. I could have sworn I've heard leftists claiming President Trump was going to do that if re-elected. Guess he won't need to. The leftist governors will all ready have it in place.
We have come to letting Democrats control these large cities, that's what we have come to.
@@prestigevending15you and the OP betrayed a shocking level of ignorance on the use of our military, specifically the militia to restore order. Or were they "getting us used to seeing military everywhere for the new normal" also being a thing in Philly in 1844, when the Nativist Riots were halted by militia ready to fire their artillery at the Protestants that were using artillery against Roman Catholic churches?
So what is the governor going to do about it??? Nothing!! Always the same story!
100% nothing, they love when this happens too as they now can request more money to help combat the issue and when the money is released nothing will be done so they can again demand more money and that’s the cycle, it’s all about money.
Philadelphia is an example of 74 years of democrat rule. Nothing will change.

He'll try to pass a few unconstitutional gun laws making it harder for law abiding Americans to purchase a gun.
Actually, PA Governor Shapiro signed into law Act 40, which makes it so that SEPTA crimes get prosecuted by somebody other than Philly District Attorney Larry Krasner, who is known as being soft on crime.
Who would have thought being soft on crime would have a negative effect on the community 🤔
Now, just hold on a minute there.
Who wa thunk!😅
Ya guns have nothing to do with it....its like giving crack to a crack addict.
what community? it's mass transit.
Being soft on crime where?? People are going to commit crimes in America no matter the penalty so you just sound pretty ignorant.
You need a new Governor NY she created this subway problem.
And did so in order to get more money to combat the problem, and when she gets the funds she will do nothing and when it happens again she will request more money, they rinse and repeat never fixing the problems but pocketing the money y given to do so.

Olfactory Rhetoric (also, "The Nose Knows"): A vicious, zoological-level fallacy of pathos in which opponents are marginalized, dehumanized or hated primarily based on their supposed odor, lack of personal cleanliness, imagined diseases or filth. Also applies to demeaning other cultures or nationalities based on their differing cuisines, e.g., "I don't care what they say or do, their breath always stinks of garlic. And have you ever smelled their kitchens?" Olfactory Rhetoric straddles the borderline between a fallacy and a psychopathology. A 2017 study by Ruhr University Bochum suggests that olfactory rhetoric does not arise from a simple, automatic physiological reaction to an actual odor, but in fact, strongly depends on one's predetermined reaction or prejudices toward another, and one's olfactory center "is activated even before we perceive an odour."
Reductionism: (also, Oversimplifying, Sloganeering): The fallacy of deceiving an audience by giving simple answers or bumper-sticker slogans in response to complex questions, especially when appealing to less educated or unsophisticated audiences.
The Identity Fallacy (also Identity Politics; "Die away, ye old forms and logic!"): A corrupt postmodern argument from ethos, a variant on the Argumentum ad Hominem in which the validity of one's logic, evidence, experience or arguments depends not on their own strength but rather on whether the one arguing is a member of a given social class, generation, nationality, religious or ethnic group, color, gender or sexual orientation, profession, occupation or subgroup. In this fallacy, valid opposing evidence and arguments are brushed aside or "othered" without comment or consideration, as simply not worth arguing about solely because of the lack of proper background or ethos of the person making the argument, or because the one arguing does not self-identify as a member of the "in-group."
The Narrative Fallacy (also, the Fable; the Poster Child) The ancient fallacy of persuasion by telling a "heartwarming" or horrifying story or fable, particularly to less-educated or uncritical audiences who are less likely to grasp purely logical arguments or general principles.

Why are they talking about NYC in a Philadelphia based story? Why do we always gotta shove our NYC ass problems onto everyone else?
Because they don't wanna address the KIA boys
Because it's recent related news
I have no use for urban America and avoid it at every cost. I used to ride the MARTA bus down Marietta Ave from NW Atlanta to my job downtown. Atlanta was a pretty well integrated city in the early 80's.
Wouldn't even consider doing that now.

As for Philadelphia, they found the car literally a block and a half from my house. I also live near the shooting at the bus stop on ogantz avenue -so that’s probably a connection , maybe a retaliation. We have an entire division of transit cops here who are everywhere, except for where the is public transportation. It is so easy to just put one or 2 cops on the subway train or following a bus but the cops don’t want that kind of smoke . As for New York, I used to be in the Marines and the National Guard and by the way some of those guardsmen are carrying automatic weapons with a magazine -it tells me that it’s not about crime I think they believe something more serious like terrorism is about to happen
