And what Band always does something different every show. All bands have their style. My high school band director bought JSU entrance to town years ago and the fans still go crazy when it's done.
@BedRockBrutha so right. many of these new band heads, think that this was disrespectful but fail to realize or not able to recap that t all down through the years that was down often and not just by JSU, SU done, and PVAMU done GSU has done it. As long as the band didn't play while the halftime show was going on there wasn't any disrepect.

Cause this doesn't make sense to me..how the hell is anyone judging a battle with a field show against a band in the stands?..smh..can someone please tell me how?how is this even possible?.. Ain't they're other bands in the stands?how the hell did they jus kill jsu..they got disrespected getting blew on while getting ready to do a field show.. The disrespect was already done..wasn't no coming back until they was back in the stands..
All is fair between bands. I knew a HS director who on the road took up the entire halftime leaving the home band no time to go on. The next year back at home, he jumped on the field first and shut out the other band again. But he was a tool-preferre hisd majorettes to his wife, who was a hottie. I should have comforted her.
How do you direct this band and restrain yourself from wrapping a trumpet around one of these kids heads. Smh if you can’t take it up without hanging over and sounding bad then stay on the fucking staff.

Now just go and watch JSU band after the Tiger Run. They have copied SU style by doing dnwrd head throws as they get into formation to introduce themselves and upwrd head throws on accent 7 as they hit a yardline. WANNABE SOUTHERN SO SO BAD!! COPYCATS..Now if only they can figure out how Southern drills the perfect halftime score. I
