He is the Bob Ross of leather repair.
Pretty close yeah ..I hear it
Happy little tears.
thanks, that was strangely very therapeutic, relaxing and satisfying to watch...good work
holy crap you cant even see it anymore! I'm impressed! Although my seats are beyond any sort of liquid repair haha.
Can I just drop it off to you and you fix it🤣
what about slight tearing on a perforated seat. i have a crack line along the bottom (actual sitting area where you butt sits), but my seat is has perforated holes all along the crack
Nope
Fabulous. Just the tutorial that I needed
sorry, made by who?
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
where to buy those materials?
Wow what a process for such a small rip
thats bc it was done properly. professional results come with proven methods
I wonder who makes the products he was using?
Were your fingers supplied by a Liquid Leather? If not they must have been the only things that were not by Liquid Leather
Haha! Looks they've been dyed by Liquid Leather!
.. made by liquid leather BY GLIPTONE!!
It's a really interesting video but there's no need to keep repeating the parent company every 60 seconds. I know the brand!
I missed where the product was mentioned. Could you give me a time stamp? 😉
will cost me a lot to buy all these products for just a little tear on a leather seat
the product kit is 20 dollars on amazon but ok...
Maybe brother. However, youll be using it later my friend. Just remember where you put the kit and use it again. Your gonna be using again sooner or later.
excuse me. Sir. are you a vender or the manufacturer? i'm interested in this.
Can't find the fabric this video is 7 YEARS OLD 😢
The issue I have with what seems like a common issue with ALL leather repair is that you LOSE THE TEXTURE AND THE GRAIN of the leather making it easy to see the actual repaired area.
Texture is one thing, but added the lines in the skin realist to the actual skin i've yet to every find anyone able to do that
Did u ever find a fix
@@ChinoCustoms707We reupholstered. This car goes into car shows so I try to maintain it :-)
You have to use and old piece of similar textured leather (textured surface to the repair) and then use the iron. The texture will be imprinted. Better sponging technique can also add some natural looking texture. It’s never going to completely disappear. I have red leather which is so hard to match. It’s frustrating on that end.
Nice job
Was it liquid leather? he didnt mention 😂
very good
Man that's complicated as all get out.
Wow!
This was sloppy.
if you did it with a more cautious and artistic eye you could repair it without making such a mess of it and it would look much cleaner.
shut the fuck up, the tears gone isnt it?
You're an absolute fucking moron
Your filthy mouth needs to be sealed with it
Product was way overused and not clean enough of clumps and debris. You can see the lumps just painted over. Plus to much overlap which removes the texture giving it a synthetic too smooth look. Those could have been masked and not isolated with more attention to detail to look better. You can also use prices of leather or vinyl with varying degrees of texture to pick and choose from. Use this instead of Teflon mess to replicate the existing mirror image of old texture.
I think it looks pretty damn good from a complete rip in the leather! Let me see what you have?
@@spiritseeker1932 It looks good on camera but for people that know this process you can see the problems. There was debris left on show as he put colour on and yes, I do this all the time.
Eyesight isn't the same as it was in your 20s... give the guy an age related break. The video isn't entitled, "most concourse, fabulous leather repair ever seen"
Teveel werk ,enorm omslachtig en duur in producten aankoop.
this is by far the best leather repair video i’ve found. great work sir.
I'm supposed to be sleeping. Why am I watching this......????
Oh man, you’re killing me !
😂
How are you still awake watching this?
6 years ago are you still asleep
Because you are a dysfunctional human like me. They should have us refurbished.
At a guess I would say Ayrshire ?
Thanks you, very informative indeed!
Cool fix, but you need like 12 products to fix a 1 inch slit.
A pro always make it look easy.
Bigger open rips?
Love it! Great job!
This is too much for a diy. But it looks good
its only a few steps?
You’re a magician! Impressive craftsmanship!
Is it liquid leather by Glyptone by any chance?
