She is such a freakin' amazing singer and performer....i love how theatrical she becomes when she sings.... it's like a totally different person than the Gwen you see in tv interviews and stuff.... she deserves way more credit than she gets as an artist/entertainer

Starting with the subtle acoustic guitar arpeggio and Ms Stefani's opening with an innocent mellow voice that slowly carries the audience into a dreamy state... Then, the congas begin and introduce the bass and together they frame Ms Stefani's change of voice from innocent to sultry. From that point on the song builds on its own powerful momentum. Even though, I find the Ken and Barbie inference a tad kitschy, Ms "White Chiffon" Stefani makes it work perfectly. Bravo!
So great. No Doubt are one of the classic ska punk bands. My friends think I'm crazy for thinking that, but I don't care. They write good lyrics, play good music, and Gwen's voice is fantastic. Like someone else said here, they have a "magical style" unlike no other.

They are cool as hell, and Gwen, sweet JESUS!!! She is hotter in person! Never thought skin could look so flawless. It's funny, at 2:02 she cracks a smile, knowing she has mind control over the crowd.
Gwen didn't sell out.I started listening to no doubt when they started out ( ska band)so many many years ago.Shes evolved as an artist.Shes married.children. Everythings changing.I'm sure you would get creative to if you were a Musician thats her career.Always see that sell out remark and other artist videos to.To many close minded people.

Meanwhile, this song sounds like its about her, and how she fears never finding "it," not so much about Tony. I know this comment was 11 years ago. I'm just so pumped they're back and am binging. lol
I had a chance to meet Tom Dumont. i didnt even know who he was at first, til I saw Grammy's and MTV awards on his shelf and asked him if he knew No Doubt, he's like yeah i play guitar for them. LOL. Hes a very cool guy, down to earth.
