And I appreciate you both, and NOCD. Info like this helps me a LOT. I've struggled with this all my life, along with all the ways OCD, anxiety, and depression disorders can and do. Yes, indeed, I have the terrible trifecta of these disorders, but OCD was a more recent diagnosis and such. Looking back at life I now understand better what was going on.
