First time I ever saw Mr Engelin was when he was touring in jesters place for in flames many years ago... Actually they had two replacement guitarists, at least for that night anyways. Seriously thought it was Rob Schneider at first. Fun night!
Anybody else notice the album that this song is off, was taken off spotify?? I'm pretty sure. Cause they only have 2 albums on spotify for some reason. Anyone know why?
Anders Fridén of In Flames and Niclas Engelin actually played in the band Passenger. Additionally, Engelin was a guitarist during In Flames's Whoracle tour! So, it might not just be coincidence that it does! :)
except niclas hasn't done any writing for in flames, he's been a step in while Jesper was trying to rehab his alcohol addictions and now took over his spot as jesper left the band. Bjorn wrote 100% of the new album instrumentation and on the past ones everyone collaborated on the instruments. and niclas just played shows with them
If you want to listen to growl, then listen to Amon Amarth. that is one heck of a band. melodic death metal and the singer, Johan Hegg for sure knows how to growl
The intro is ripped strait out of Prodigy's "Breathe" (link:ruclips.net/video/6_PAHbqq-o4/видео.html) playing at 1:11. The rest of it sounds basically as "In Flames-Deliver us". It's still a gem though.
