sl I'm from Indonesia, sir, I have taro like that, colocasia too, but it itches from the leaves and the midrib is purple, the colocasia type has been cleaned, how many times have the tubers still itched,Even if it's boiled in a round shape in the oven, making it into rather small pieces, it's still itchy what's your response, sir About the type of purple colocasia taro?
Hello sir. It's very difficult to determine the problem because I can't see it...but its probably a different type of variety of colocasia because the ones we have are not itchy once the skin is scraped off. Hope that helps
Traditional umu hands down uso...theres something about the smell from all those banana leaves and other leaves we cover it with that adds that next level flavour...good to see you uso!

The most important question - which tastes better - traditional umu or from the oven?lol
Traditional umu hands down uso...theres something about the smell from all those banana leaves and other leaves we cover it with that adds that next level flavour...good to see you uso!

Its nice if no sound background...
Background sound adds a sense of calmness that the majority of the viewers have enjoyed which I see no point in taking out!. Hope you understand
