How to avoid burn out during study?

Sleep
personally taking frequent breaks was useful. By break I mean doing something completely unrelated to what you are studying. Ex. listening to music, playing music, Sketching, roaming around, exercising, doing anything that ease ups mind.
Love tour subject. Keep changing topics and Use pomodoro in break Domt watch reels
Bhaiya, why don't you consider madeeasy faculty to be in your podcast......Tip: Amit kakkar sir is in Bhopal center. ( He might find free time for you )

What if you are not having full day, What if you are studying in between work ? How many hours should you study then?
How to stop panicking when we are loaded with huge syllabus..?? 😢I'm neet aspirant and i do easily Panic!!
By completing the syllabus !?
Panic is always mind game. Then mind says you to stop preparation.
So set goal not to clear exam but to complete daily work. And improve skill ,which type of skill exam wants from us.
Remember panic is always a thought it has no connection with reality.
So try happily. All the best 👍💯
I have a huge backlog I have to cover it all bit by bit. I'm panicking a bit but I'll do that hopefully. just pray for me. 🙏
@@Physics14728 I never thought like that tbh....thanks...I saw your replies after 1 month lol
@@avicado-a21yup
You're content is good but you don't have the skill to properly deliver it , i mean that you can speak in english but it's not good enough to create vivid picture in our minds , take example of VALUE ENTERTAINMENT and your editing skills are not good enough take example from THINK SCHOOL and GIGL
I’ll try to improve on that.
hey, can you guide me for my eligibility. I'm student of class 12th due to regular clg I hadn't join any of coaching for preparing iit jee but now I'm thinking of doing same preparation for these upcoming to years.
will i get my dream clg+branch
I listened that some of iits look for age and qualification Will it work for me or it's an bad idea.
if you have no idea about these then give me any suggestion to get solution for my problem. Request ❤
It is never too late to start preparing, you should go for it!
