3MT (2023) Finalist - Nghiem Quang Huynh

On April 14th 2023, ten finalists competed in Yale's seventh 3-Minute Thesis Competition, which challenged PhD students from Yale's Graduate School of Arts & Sciences to clearly and engagingly present their research to a diverse panel of judges - in 3 minutes or less! This presentation is from Nghiem Huynh, a 5th year in the Economics department. The full title of his presentation is “Moving Up or Moving Out? Welfare Impacts of Spatial Policies in Vietnam”.
